The pharmacy never has medication on hand even when it's recurring for years (even extremely time sensitive things like anticonvulsants). They tell you to screw off when you tell them something can't wait a week. Unhelpful, unprofessional, grossly negligent, and dangerous.

Wegmans is absolutely fantastic in every way except for price. They have the freshest produce, meat and bread. They have such a wide variety of products, you're just about guaranteed to find anything you could need here. The store is always clean and organized and the employees are friendly and professional. It just ends up being really expensive to shop here. I could go to some other cheaper stores around and spend $40 for what I need, and go to Wegmans to get essentially the same things and spend $100. I do love their subs too, they are delicious, highly recommend the Danny's Favorite.

The smell of the bakery when you walk in just gives you a taste of buffalo home life. The lighting is so calming especially when you are shopping. Everything is very organized and it pretty much has everything you need! Don't get me started about their sushi, I generally don't buy store sushi but Wegmans sushi is so worth it! The workers love to help us and cashiers have lots of love and will speak to you even if it's their last customer, they treat you like family:) Stuff is expensive these days but in Wegmans it's not their fault, it's inflation these days haha!!

We have been going to Wegmans Sheridan pharmacy for years and have no complaints. For those driving from their doctor's office expecting a prescription to be ready - Be reasonable. If your medications are not totally filled, look at the store shelves. Give some thought before you complain.

Wegmans is simply the best grocery store no matter which location you visit. Everything is organized, clean, and fresh. The workers are pretty pleasant for the most part as well.

Very unorganized pharmacy. Filled one prescription twice- which I did not notice until I got home so I could not return it. When I called they said "oh yeah, the clerk was supposed to ask you about that." (It was called in by a specialist and the primary). Frequently out of stock issues. I live a considerable distance away and I got the "your order is ready" text. When I showed up they only had 3 pills and said the rest were on back order. Thanks for that. My time and gas money don't matter. Now I have the sense to call before going even when they say it is ready. But, phone lines are terrible. You wait...and wait...and wait. I would have given less stars but their mail order seems more organized. The draw back is that it takes a week to 10 days

Third time. The singing employee was not here but once again I was notified order was ready, only to have one employee ask my name and do nothing for 20 minutes then a second employee asked my name and brought my groceries. The second employee in each case was very pleasant and helpful. I don't understand the lack of communication that initiates each visit

Called the bakery to ask about their chocolate cake ingredients because my dog ate a slice. The woman was extremely rude and hung up the phone. CLASSLESS

I make the mistake of coming to this store and aways leave angry. They never have salmon available to purchase after the seafood counter closes. The display for prepackaged salmon is ALWAYS empty when I come after 8pm. Why don't they stock it? The Sheridan drive location will have 30+ packages to choose from but this place always has zero! Every single time. So annoying. I keep making the mistake of coming to this store.
