The store offers many store brand items, though some note a reduction in name-brand choices. The atmosphere receives mixed feedback. Some enjoy the inspiring variety, while others criticize excessive noise from multiple sources, including music in various departments and promotional contests, which is noted as disruptive for the pharmacy staff. The addition of non-grocery spaces like a pub has also drawn criticism for taking away floor space and altering the store's focus. I was disappointed to find that the coffee shop no longer carries the usual chai latte mix and only uses tea bags with frothy milk. It's not nearly as good. I won't be ordering it again.
