I received a pair a year and a half ago that lasted 6 months. I paid 500 dollars for the pair, and they never felt accurate. I gave the place a second chance, but they ordered sunglasses when I asked for transitions. I'll be taking my prescription elsewhere. The optician is okay, but do not take the retailers seriously.

I have been going to thus vision center for years. Doctor is great, staff is so helpful too.

Terese was so helpful with my glasses returned on warranty that I had to come make a comment and recommend you go see her! Amazing person and great customer service!

Staff are amazing! Since this site didn't participate with our insurance, they helped us find a place that would. Everyone was patient and kind with our son. Large selection of glasses for kids and adults. Highly recommend.

After being with Sterling Optical for 13 years, I was a little nervous about going elsewhere but I had to go where my new insurance was accepted.Overall, not a bad experience. The optometrist was fun and energetic. The assistant who helped out on the floor helped me understand my options and the different things I was billed for with contacts and eyewear and the exam. They had a pretty large selection of glasses but a lot of them strangely seemed the same. That was my only real disappointment ... not finding a pair of glasses I loved. However, I mostly wear contacts so it wasn't a deal-breaker by any means. The only thing that might bother someone if they aren't easily mobile is I did go to a few different rooms for my exam which I had never experienced. I went to a waiting room, another room (and multiple seats) for some things, another room to change my contacts, another room to test my vision ... it was fine for me, but maybe not so much if you can't hop in and out of a seat quickly.

Very professional, easy going staff. Eye exams are quick and thorough! Dr. Arenas has a great personality and I've never had any issues with any aspect of the process whether it's new contacts or glasses. Reasonably priced as well.

Amazing staff! Therese helped me immensely. Dr. was so thorough, friendly and funny! I left with the perfect prescription, and it was nice to have my life come back into focus.

Doctor here was very nice, but didn't know his a** from a hole in the ground. Went back 4 times for contacts, and everytime they were super uncomfortable and I couldn't see sh**. Finally gave up, told them to keep my $80, and said scr*w it.

Bad optician, couldn't get my glasses right, he just kept telling me to come back, and giving me stuff that didn't work. Multiple visits over 3 weeks with poor results. Would not recommend.

I have been coming here now for quite a while, just for my prescription and for contacts. This is my preferred place of all in WNY! Dr Arenos and his staff keep the moment light and it's always really been a refreshing visit. No reason for me to stop coming here while Dr Areno's is as well!
