Excellent customer service! PPG wouldn't honor their rebate terms for their Flood stain (there were conflicting dates printed on their rebate form and PPG was deliberately impossible to contact). But Valu stepped up and provided the full rebate that was advertised. Valu should be commended for their excellent customer service, and someone at PPG should lose their job for their company's lack of accountability, as they were absolutely impossible to reach about their rebate terms.

I love this place! It feels like a small town hardware store. Super courteous and there is ALWAYS someone willing to help me find what I need and give me advice when asked. Easy parking and help with getting things to my car! Amazing place!

Great place to get home items, lighting, gardening, stains and paint. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Shelves always stocked and prices are very competitive. I prefer valu over home depot or Lowe's.

This is the most unfriendly valu I have ever been in. The cashier was sitting on the counter when I walked in and never moved. She was having a conversation with a sales associate and they never interrupted their conversation to say hi to me, to ask me if I need help, or to say goodbye to me on my way out the door. Noone else spoke to me either. If you don't need any help from anybody maybe this valu will work for you. But it's easily the most unfriendly value I've ever been in.
