Came in to drop off about 10 boxes. When I walked in, an employee (who I later learned was the owner) came right up to help. She showed me how to use the dolly and extend it for all my stuff. She came out to my car and helped me load everything. She was very polite and incredibly helpful. Thanks Jacqueline!
