I went in Ulta tonight to get a perfume and they were all locked up and not a single employee around to help me. Is this how it is now, can't even shop because everyone is a thief? Oh well, walked out with nothing. I'll buy from Sephora instead.

This is easily the nicest location in the area - great selection, quiet, and GREAT beauty services. Their brow expert, Kate, is so welcoming and talented as well. She was willing to work with what I wanted and accommodating with my vision (these pics are from directly after). If you need somewhere new to get your brows done, definitely go talk to Kate!

Great selection and even better employees! I came in and was overwhelmed by all the options, but Julia was fantastic. She was very helpful and provided Grade A customer service—she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very well-informed about the products and industry as a whole.

I came in with my mother to restock one of my favorite facial cleansers. One associate with gorgeous makeup came up and recommended me a facial cleanser that she swore by and was so sweet to the both of us. I ended up taking her advice was enjoying my experience until we went to checkout. Martha checked out a family in front of us cheerfully, but as soon as we got to the register, she ignored us to talk to a coworker and was rude to her coworker about her choice in foundation. After that encounter, she treated us like she didn’t want to check us out. She went back to displaying customer service after we were checked out and called the next customer up. I’ve always been happy with the customer service I’ve received from Ulta, but this encounter made me feel uncomfortable and upset.

Had one of the WORST customer service interactions in my life. I used to work retail diligently for 7+ years and it was shocking how poorly I was treated. Kristen (the “manager”) and her associates need to do better.

I came in and had one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had shopping at Ulta. I was trying to do a return due to a faulty wire with a product i spend almost 200 dollars on and after speaking to customer service, they informed me that all i needed to do was bring in the receipt just to show proof of purchase and thats exactly what i did. I was met by a super rude blonde lady named Kristen who talked to me in one of the rudest tones and informed me that even though i had the receipt they couldn't return it because it was purchased last year. Mind you all i wanted was store credit or an exchange. I wasn't looking for money back. i was very confused and wanted more of an explanation but i was so caught off guard by how she spoke to me and she's supposedly the "manager" that i just ended up walking away from the situation. Then come to find out she was talking about me and what happened to other customers that overheard the conversation in a negative way after i had already left the store. As someone that works in customer service, that is so disgusting and unprofessional and i'm honestly embarrassed for her if thats how she carries herself while she's clocked in. I bought an expensive product that has faulty wiring and that somehow is my fault and i deserve to get talked about to other customers even though i was following the instructions of what customer service told me to do. Truly a disgusting person and a disgusting interaction. I would never handle a customer interaction like that especially if the mistake was on our companies fault. The fact that they were willing to give me a store credit of 12 dollars for the product without the receipt but they refused the return it for its original value once i had the receipt shows you how scummy those "managers" are. To be acting like that in your place of work at your big age is not only embarrassing for you but also for your poor employees that have to see you act like that. Do better and i hope you learn to treat people that way you would want to be treated.

The store is full of products and can be overwhelming but the customer service is exceptional! Marybeth knows each product line and worked with me to find the perfect foundation in my shade! Great lighting and friendly, helpful staff!

Love Ulta but coming there to shop peacefully after a not so great day for personal reasons and being followed around the store by a worker insinuating I might steal just made the experience unpleasant. Specifically me out of all people shopping in the store. I’m young with tattoos and piercings so I’m there to steal right? Made me anxious and I left early. Money lost on their end. Do better. Not everyone comes out to steal.

Fresh brow wax and tint today , and got lamination done 2 weeks ago my brows have never looked better Sylvia at the benefit brow bar is so sweet. She does a great job every time. My eyebrows take seconds to complete in the morning since my lamination service a little bit of benefit brow gel and I’m good to go.
