"I had my oil changed at your shop yesterday 08/19/2024, but unfortunately, I had to bring my car back today 08/20/24 because it seems that the O-ring on the oil filter wasn’t checked properly before it was put on. As a result, oil leaked all over my garage floor. I’m relieved we didn't head out on our trip to the cabin, or the situation could have been much worse. I’m disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and hope that this can be addressed to prevent it from happening to others in the future."
Their mechanical service department has been outstanding. They truly listen to my concerns and are quick and precise with repairs. The service desk staff is incredibly accommodating, keeping me informed and only addressing necessary fixes. I am thoroughly pleased with their service, but as of today cannot say that for collection department.
Update: Collusion And body repair service:
In 2020, I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with just 32,000 miles on it. Upon discovering a recall regarding hood corrosion, I promptly took it to Transitowne Dodge Jeep and Chrysler in September 2020 for the necessary repairs. Initially, the fix appeared successful, but recently, the issue reappeared. When I reached out to TDJC about it, they clarified that it wasn't a recall, but GM had extended warranties for similar hood problems, which expired in 2022. I expressed my disappointment, emphasizing that if the repair had been done correctly the first time, it shouldn't have recurred. Their response, suggesting that my location in Buffalo may be effect of it, was unsatisfactory. With experience in bodywork, I understand that a proper job should last. I advise against taking your vehicle to TDJC for recall or warranty work in the future body repair work. Despite their typically good service, this experience has left me disappointed, particularly considering the vehicle is garage-kept and has only added 20,000 miles since purchase.

Very rude and pushy. Bought my car from there in May, and they gave me no other options. Also sold me a lemon. Non OEM parts, pulled random fuses to get the horn to stop working. No floor mats. Don't waste your time, you can get better deals and vehicles literally anywhere else.

Tonya Tripi has done an Amazing Outstanding job in regards to showing me the Apartment at 266 Bryant. Tonya has gone Above and Beyond throughout the Application and Rental Process. Taking time out of her personal time both during the Evening and Weekends. Honestly, Tonya is such an Awesome Woman who has gone out of her way to make me Feel like Family.

Made a appointment for a oil change on my 2021 Jeep for 12:30 was there at 12:05 sat until 1:30 and another customer said she had been there for 3 hours for a oil change as well with a appointment, they took the cars in and took them around back, to get them out of the way and still were taking more customers in, I asked what was going on she said 8 employees didn't show up I said don't you think you should have called people with appointments to give them a heads up we had another appointment to go to at 2pm don't get service done here

Transitowne has awesome customer service. I have had collision and body work done here for several of my vehicles. The work is always perfect and everyone here works very hard to prioritize the customer. I would recommend Transitowne for anyone who needs any sort of repair service for their vehicle. No one locally does it better!

I am very disappointed in Anthony Dye ethics. I came to get serviced on my truck that was bought from transitowne jcdr, which they never even looked at! He insisted I follow him to talk about a new truck. Anthony did not tell me I was stuck with TWO car notes he was too ready to get his commission instead of actually explaining what it is he was trying to do.

Yesterday afternoon 7/8/24 I went to look at a new 2023 dodge charger I was interested in buying I met with anthony (tony)salesperson he seemed ok at first but after I test drove the car I decided not to buy it ,so anthony in front of the sales manager and few other sales people asked me if I would buy the car for $35,000 or $36,000 I then replied yes I would and said you probably would too at that price. Anthony then said we'll I can't do it at that price the sales manager would have to do that.the sales manager was a couple feet from anthony and didn't say anything. This morning I received a call from anthony and he didn't understand why I was not happy about his lower price offer on the new dodge charger that he wasn't authorized to make.i told not to call me again.i won't ever shop for a vehicle at transitown especially with anthony ,I suggest you don't buy vehicles or use their service department. Read some other reviews,and you will stay clear of this dealer!!!!! I agree we had a agreed price on the charger, I didn't ask for any other price, so why did your sales person play games and ask me if I would buy it for $35k or $36k right in front of you, you think that is professional. I don't play games or have to tolerate going to a auto dealership and some sales person do that and you as the sales manager didn't say anything to me or anthony about .the end this story is if you treat people right no one would be reading this now.i feel I was not treated professionally, no one apologized to me and I will never be buying anything from your dealerships.

I feel so fortunate to have a chance to deal with the service department at Transitowne Dodge since I have been treated like nothing in the other dealership. Mike’s customer service is amazing.
