60 year old looking store manager had very poor customer service mainly towards me. Took care of everyone like the person in front of me and was worried about the person behind me waiting in line but just left me hanging there. Literally walked away from helping me to another customer, didn’t even say anything to me and just walked away with another customer. Couldn’t believe how rude he was. And all I was doing was returning a xumo box.
Helpful tip- Just got off the phone with spectrum customer service- you can take the xumo box to any UPS store, they will box it up, label and ship it back to spectrum at no cost to you. Can’t believe I wasted my morning on this.

Horrible experience at this store. They lost my business due to the horrible customer service I received. I’ll be staying with t- mobile. As I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their customer service.I will not be back to this site. That women. Wish I knew her name. Should be fired. They just lost my business because of her. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Do better spectrum!!!

I could not have had two more different customer service experiences in 24 hours in the same store if I tried.Switched out a cable box on Tuesday. No wait. Gentleman greeted me, asked me what I needed to do, asked me the phone number on the account, address of the account, asked me how many boxes were on the account and he provided me with a new cable box and remote (one hitch-I had returned the HDMI cable with the box and remote and had to go back to the store to get the cable but again, pleasant, waited on immediately).Today, since I had such a pleasant, easy experience yesterday I decided to switch out another box that had a deteriorating remote. Walked in and from across the room I heard a woman's voice say 'may I help you?'. As there were two woman without customers I asked which one had spoken to me. The woman identified herself and I walked up to the counter. No greeting other than 'what can I do for you?'. I told her that I needed to replace the equipment for the remote was no longer working correctly. She asked me to input my phone number on the screen facing me. I did so and she asked me the name on the account and I said my father's name. She told me rather abruptly that he needs to put me on the account if I want to be able to get service there. I told her that I didn't know that as I had been there yesterday and that was not mentioned. She became unpleasant at that point telling me in sum and substance that that's how things work here and that she's helping me out. Escalated real fast to kind of in my face, borderline nasty. I thanked her for the information and told her that that had no been my experience yesterday so it was news to me. She then told me she was happy that I had told her that the person I dealt with yesterday did not do things right and 'he can get in trouble'. Later, as she doing whatever she's doing on the computer to finish with me a collegue was trying to get behind her with some equipement. She rather loudly says that she's not doing anything and that she would have been happy to move her chair or help in some way. It was odd and appeared to be directed at me that I was not worth her time, patience or just plain being civil.I've been in customer service my whole working life and I've certainly had my fair share of unpleasant people I did not enjoy or even want to have anything to do with but this woman is downright aggressive for seemingly no reason.There were three employees (one working with a customer) who may have heard this exchange so it may be interesting for whoever's in charge to ask them what they thought.So, very good one day and very bad the next!

Growing frustrated with my experiences at Spectrum stores. Not being able to call stores directly, not being able to check inventory at other locations and the fact that most new phones and accessories are rarely in stock is beyond frustrating.And the fact that you can't make device payments or a number of other things without calling support is beyond ridiculous.With the retail locations being like this, just scrap the retail locations and do everything online.

Lacks customer service, came to upgrade equipment and the service person barely spoke to us. With the cost of cable spectrum can afford an upgrade in hiring quality staff. Your customers deserve it!

Spectrum store on Transit and Griner Williamsville, was quite amazing. Basically in and out in a very short time. It took me longer to drive to the store than getting service and on my way back home. Equipment replacement was very easy. Shout out to both gents at the store. Both made this customer like a VIP customer. IMO if you have to go to the store choose this store.

Switched over my cell service from Verizon. Shawn was super knowledgeable and friendly! I was in and out quickly! My bill is significantly cheaper than Verizon as well! ?

Made an appointment because I have been to other stores and it was terrible, still assisted other people before me even though I literally just needed to drop off equipment and leave.

Had a 10:00AM appointment, waited outside of the store until 11:00AM, no employees showed up. You can’t even get someone to cancel the service if you want to, let alone help you if you want to use their “service”

Went there in May on the 12th to switch out a router for my WIFI. The staff was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about their product. They switched the router with no problem and the woman who took care of me, Storm Mayham was swift and professional. I would recommend this Spectrum Store to my family and friends

Extremely upset with service provided by location. Would not accept my old equipment because it wasn’t disabled (I transferred service and was told by customer service to return it to the store.)Agent told me to take it to the UPS store. I think they just didn’t want to do their job.

If I could choose no stars I would they are terrible here for cell phone service I have a bill for over 1,000 for 2 cell phones I do not have and I have called about my account 12 times now and I have gone in the store over 5 now stay away if you want a cell phone !
