My experience was fabulous. Beautiful place, elegant. Love the colors. MARK was fantastic. Staff was fantastic. Mark helped my daughter feel at ease, even though she didn't live in Buffalo. Every one said it was the best wedding ever. It has been four days and there still talking about the wedding.Thankyou so much Mark. Your the best.

Beautiful place but the staff ruined what was otherwise such an amazing night! They were rude all night long. They didn’t follow through what was agreed upon before the party (picked up food way too soon and most of us didn’t get chance to eat, ended our party before the agreed upon end time). Thankfully guests had a great time but they did everything they could to make it not so fun for the host family. We will never book another event there again!

1/5. I would give zero stars but the venue was nice; however, the older staff were both rude and racist. The place is pretty but the much older staff is not. All night long they complained and interfered during our events entirety. We will never book this location again. For a place that has countless cameras, they had zero to where my friend’s vehicles window was broken. The venue management had the vehicle towed to the back instead of requesting us to move it. They simply did not care for their clients best interest. Do not waste your money if you are of color or like to have a party where you can dance at. Their expectations are for guests to sit at chair and eat quietly.

I had my 40th birthday party here 1 week ago, the older staff was very rude to my guests, yelling at kids and not serving guests as they promised. One of my guests left his car overnight because he didn’t want to drive home drunk, the owner got the vehicle towed to the back of the parking lot and literally smashed the car window out of anger. Venue is beautiful, but these people don’t know how to run this place and are very rude. We will never book with them again!!!!

We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding at Samuel’s. It was top notch! From the start, Mark made us feel comfortable that they were going to make our event stress free and wonderful. They did not disappoint.
The new bridal suite is roomy and gorgeous. We had the bride, 8 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom and 2 makeup artists and 2 hair dressers. It was plenty of room. Samuel’s provided beverages, including bottled water, champagne, juices and a platter of cheese, pepperoni and fruit. There is also a nice sized room for the groomsmen with a large screen tv and a bar.
They paid attention to all the little details throughout the day so we didn’t have to.
The ceremony was outside and the grounds were beautiful. The cocktail hour was spectacular. The food was delicious and plentiful. We were blessed with a gorgeous day but the cocktail hour tent would provide shelter from rain or sun if needed.
The reception was organized and the bride and groom were able to move through their activities efficiently so they could enjoy their meal and dancing the night away in this beautiful venue.
We had several signs, vases to return to the florist, left over cake, etc. The staff packed everything up for us after we left and we came back the next day to pick up. This is huge when you want to go home after a long day!
I’m sure I left some things out but trust me when I say, this is a venue that you need to consider for a wedding or any other event you are planning.

We go there on Wednesday for the food trucks and music when it starts in the summer. A good time and helps local food trucks get noticed. Been there for 2 weddings too. Food was good and they kept it coming. The rooms are very nice too. Just some times if there are more then one event going on it geta crowded and the music plays over each other.

Attended a wedding and reception. There were about 300 in attendance, and the event went off without a single problem. We moved from an outdoor wedding to a covered open bar with Hors d'oeuvres. An open bar is great, but the Hors d'oeuvres were simply fantastic. Followed by one of the best wedding meals I've ever experienced. Obviously, a lot has to do with the wishes of the bride and groom, but the venue, implementation, and service were impeccable.

Wedding was beautiful. Food delicious, atmosphere amazing! Outdoor bar and appetizers were perfect. The bridal suite was great, grooms room was too hot, not enough ac. I was very impressed, renovations are beautiful
