Northtowns Porsche service is awesome and second to none. As long as Mark Buckley, their top Porsche mechanic remains there, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Theiir new service manager guy, Joe Russell is also super nice and helpful.

November, 2024: Beautiful carmine red 2025 Macan. Last year of the gas ⛽️ model. Eddie was wonderful. Russ was amazing. Ryan was patient. They were all professional. The business manager was calm & no pressure. All the people I interacted with over the phone for my purchase were delightful. Having my new 2025 car delivered to me was glorious. I will want to service my car at Porsche ? Buffalo for its yearly service & maybe I'll trade my new 2025 Porsche for a Porsche Buffalo ? car ? in 4 years. I am satisfied ?.

I have taken my Porsche to Northtown for service for nine years and I’ve never been disappointed. They always have a ride or loaner for me and the service is done within the timeframe that I was given. The service manager, Joe Russell explained everything that was to be done ahead of time and the process was easy and efficient. I won’t take my Porsche anywhere else for service.
