The owner is very rude and assumed I don't understand what she is saying. She was on the phone and forgot to mute me. I heard her saying "next time, do not pick up the phone if she calls". I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but the racism I faced here is unacceptable. She only caters towards Caucasians and treats other cultures and people of color very very disrespectfully.

They are walk in only for eyebrows so sometimes there is a big of a wait but otherwise, they are always wonderful! Can't beat the price

I had my eyebrows done here for the first time, and I am extremely pleased! The space was very clean and the staff was so polite. She was very meticulous while doing my brows, and I did not feel rushed at all. My brows looked fantastic. This is a great spot with excellent service!

I have been coming here for years now . I started with just eyebrow threading but I switched up to waxing which is just personal preference. All the ladies are great but I usually am taken care of by the owner. She is so kind and patient and a true perfectionist at threading and waxing. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service.

The woman that provided service for me are friendly and polite and do a wonderful job. I have had my whole face done, eyebrows (threaded & dyed), and my upper lip done. Prices are reasonable, service amazing. I am super happy with the results. I have been there 3 or 4 times.

Their treatment to their client is kinda rude...even if you request to thread again on certain areas because you see hair they be denying...besides their behavior where they keep saying I know I know and at the end of the day you don't get what you want....Their breathe & hands smells ( I don't think they wash their hands often)...They keep talking in their own language which kinda made me feel awkward... last but not least they use a VERY CHEAP QUALITY LOTION.Services: Eyebrow threading

Such a nice experience! Clean, beautiful location and they do a wonderful job. I felt welcomed and that they took their time to focus and make sure my brows were just what I wanted. Already cannot wait to go back next time!

I had gotten a Brazilian here a couple of times & the owner, Bobbi was so helpful, informative & made me feel very comfortable every time. I have tried the soft wax method & the sugar wax method and both were very great and she works quickly. I definitely recommend her if you need a reliable waxer!
