Fantastic service by Stacy for many years now. I followed Stacy from her last salon as many of her customers did. Always professional and never pushy. She knows exactly what she is doing and it absolutely shows. She is very respectful of my time as a customer and I have never had to wait. Parlour has a very comfortable feel to it overall. I had Stacy as my stylist, and I cannot express enough how much more confident I feel with my cut, and her advice really helps. I'm wearing my hair down now regularly when I normally would just put it up.

I haven’t gotten my haircut in a LONG time and I am so so so happy with it. I saw Danielle. I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted and she made it my own. Not only did I feel comfortable with her it’s been the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I will now go to only her. I feel so happy and confident and the prices are wonderful. Staff is fun and clients and staff all talk together and creates a wonderful atmosphere. So so happy.Services: Haircut

Reviewing is difficult, because I brought in two children. Both wanted non standard hair colors, and haircuts. For one of them, the hair coloring was last minute, but not the cut.For my first daughter, it was a dream experience. She got the cut she wanted, the dye is pretty, and isn't coming out. We're both very happy.However, my second daughter had a sensitivity to the hair lightener and then the dye. The stylist was too overworked to be able to be as gentle as she could be, and because of that, my daughter left with only part of her hair really dyed.It's coming out with every rinse (even with no shampoo), and her entire body has been pink since. It's leaving unattractive brown/lightened hair streaks.It's also all over her clothing and her sheets. I am not impressed. On top of that, my daughter was hesitant to cut her very long hair, and wanted to talk it over with the stylist, but she just... had no time or patience to discuss what might look good. She's self conscious as it is, feels awful about herself, and I don't know if I'll be able to wrangle her into another salon any time soon.The stylist said she was busy, and I guess I wish she just would have said 'no' to one more hair coloring, and then maybe the experience would have been better for everyone.Services: Hair colouring

I called in a panic, never been there before. My hair was fried, bleached to death. Andrea killed it on every level. She made me feel comfortable and reassured me, and gave me a BEAUTIFUL cut! Andrea saved my hair!!!!!!!!! On top of it she stayed late just to help me!! I won't go anywhere else from here forward. Side note, super affordable!!

I have been seeing Julie for years. She took me one evening when my regular stylist couldn't see me. It was the eve of my vacation and I was leaving in the morning. She waited for me and I will never forget that. She's super talented and does something that so many stylists don't - She LISTENS!!! I feel so comfortable there.
