This store has gotten worse and worse over the years. They want you to come back to print off 4 regular colored sheets that takes literally 5 seconds to print. They apparently need a whole day. You can't email them ahead of time. You have to go to the store to pay just to come back for a simple print job. The efficiency is horrible. They all just stand around in the store. No one cares.

Office Depot is a reliable place for getting products that hold up well. Also a good place for office supplies.

I checked the Office Depot website to ensure the product I needed was available at the store. Went there to find that the price was 15% more than the price advertised on their site. The associate told me that the website prices are sometimes more, sometimes less than the store. Ridiculous. This was my last shopping experience with them.

Surprisingly rude staff today around 8pm. I said Hi and asked for help and they both did not say hi and looked really unwelcoming when walking towards me. Uncomfortable experience.

A big thank you to the print team at Office Depot. I placed an online order for a two sided color program on cardstock. It turns out the cardstock is so thick that the copier can't handle it and they have to had feed the paper throught the copier. As a result of being handfed, the fronts and backs didn't like up perfectly and whent the programs were cut and trimmed the fronts and backs didn't line up. When I went to pick them up, the clerk shared the problem with me and offered to reprint them on a slightly thinner cardstock that would go through the printer. I was on a time crunch and he promised he would run the copies and have them ready for me the next morning. When I went to pick up the completed copies the next day, they had been reprinted so that they lined up perfectly and they were cut and trimmed ready to go. They looked wonderful. I really appreciate the team handling the situation so well. I was very happy with the final product. Thank you!
