Great staff and great place... Made me feel welcome when I only had a tiny 14k ring I was curious about. Gave me more than I expected! I recycle old computers/electronics to melt down the gold- this is where I will be going in the future.

I stumbled upon this place by pure chance. Long story short I have a ring that was sold to me that is not what is documented to be, so now I am on a wild goose chase to figure out what to do and how to make it right (it's a $9k ring). I was referred to Roz by another jeweler because he has this ultra cool machine that can tell you the kind of metal you haVe without destroying it (no acid needed). He was SO helpful to me in helping me understand what was goiNg on with my ring, and offered me some great advice. Roz is seriously one of those people that is honest, genuine and real. Hard to find in any business butt especially in the jewelry industry. I had nothing to offer him today and he offered me a wealth of information that will only help me in my hunt for answers. Thank you so so much Roz! I will recommend you to anyone with lose metals, gold, silvers, coins, etc. don't waste your time at pawn shops or local jewelers who will rip you off- go to this guy right here!
