I’m amazed at the providers working here. Dr. Latona, Dr. Ridha and Mallory and helped me immensely in so many ways. From chiropractic care, nutritional advice and stretches to work on at home to keep me moving and pain/migraine free. Not only is their care second to none but you feel like family when you’re there. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Kristen and the entire staff are fantastic. They will always work with my schedule even if it's a last minute change or a "help! Please get me in!!" ? They have kept me healthy and moving for the last several years and I am grateful!

Kristen is the best Chiropractor that I have ever been too. She has helped me greatly with not only the Chiro aspect of things but her nutritional assistance in what I have accomplished. Sure a consummate professional and pin points problem immediately. I have been coming to her for about 12 years and constantly recommended her to all my family and friends.

Dr. Latona is outstanding, quick and efficient. She can assess and fix a problem quickly. As many others have stated, she can fix headaches so we'll, that I barely need medication anymore. When you're in the office, it's very clean and you almost never have to wait. Finally, I have referred countless friends and family, and it seems that everyone has the same positive experience as I have experienced! If you're looking for Chiropractic care or massage care, this is the place to go!

Dr. Latona is an exceptional chiropractor who puts her patients first. She is extremely knowledgeable and treats a patient as an individual. Her love for helping kids makes her one of kind as she is patient and caring. She has helped my entire family. Since coming weekly, my migraines have subsided and I feel better overall.

Dr.Latona has been the ONLY doctor I have found that was able to help me after a neck and back injury I suffered 6 years ago without pushing me towards pain medication. I then became pregnant a few years after my injury and began to experience headaches and lower back pain. She began treating me again for these issues with a combination of chiropractic and massage care and within a few weeks I was feeling great!After having my daughter she had issues with collic I remember seeing that Dr. Latona treated children so I gave her office a call and the receptionist Katie remembered me immediately and I was able to get right in. And thank the lord my daughter had some relief and I was sleeping again!Thank you Dr.Latona and your wonderful caring staff for all of the help over the years. I truly appreciate it!!

Dr Latona, Dr Kroc and the entire staff are second to none! Not only did Dr Kristen save my back when I threw it out, but she’s kept my headaches in check! She’s also helped my entire family….my husband and 3 children are treated by her and have had so much relief! There’s really no other place to go for the best chiropractic care in WNY!

My son has been seeing Dr Kristen since he was an infant for problems with sleep and latching. After just a few visits he was feeding better and slept 7 hours the night of his first adjustment! Now as an active little boy who climbs and falls, we still have regular appointments ?

Dr. Loves what she does and the staff is always smiling they do not have a high turnover rate at all. She helped fix an extremely painful tailbone displacement.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Latona’s for years. She, (and everybody in the office,) are and always have been very professional, helpful, personable, accommodating and friendly! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Seems like a pretty unorganized place with high staff turnover. I was looking to get a prenatal massage but when I went to look up the staff page of who would be performing the massage (as a pregnant woman doing my due diligence) the person's name assigned to my appointment wasn't on the staff page. I called back to ask about the background of the massage therapist and the receptionist didn't provide any additional information. If you can't/won't give that information over the phone and it's not on the website, what do you expect?? The person on the phone just pointed out that nearly all of the massage therapists on the website no longer work there. OK? Should probably update the website so customers can know who is actually providing a service instead of passing us off on your next new hire. I'll pass, there are so many other places with a smoother process around WNY.

Welcoming and clean practice with down to earth providers. I love how I don’t have to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room like at most doctors offices, here they are always running on schedule. I was specifically looking for a female provider Dr. Krok is awesome and made me feel so much better! I would recommend them for sure.
