Going on 4 months, no machine, no one can tell me anything relating to my machine, takes 20-30mins to even get through toanyone, 4 months! Nothing, I could have built a house in that time, that’s embarrassing

I have paid my bill monthly and never missed. Went online and they tell me I am 2 months behind. Not a good way to run a company. I am on a fixed income not a millionaire.

I have never had a worse experience with a company, if I could leave zero stars, I would.
First, it took 3 months for me to get my machine.
They scheduled an appointment for me to learn how to use it for 9am this morning, I get there and the place doesn't even open until 10am.
I called, was offered to reschedule the appointment-for next week. Was told it could be a zoom call. The rep said she'd call me back in a half hour, never called. Was sent an email confirming an appointment at the same office-not a zoom call- for 9:30 am next week. THE OFFICE DOESN"T OPEN UNTIL 10AM!
Been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get this sorted out.
It's medical equipment, this company is making millions off insurance companies and not delivering. It's a scam. I'm contacting my insurance company and the BBB

Absolutely ridiculous. 45 min wait time on the phone. Can't order on the website because you get an error message, "site can't be reached" . Worst company I have ever had to deal with

The people at this company have been fantastic. Every single one was friendly and pleasant and took care of me by answering all my questions clearly. Any supplies I have needed have been shipped out immediately.The respiratory therapist Lauren was great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

If i could give MSC sleep -1 stars, i would. This place is a joke. Told me 3 times they were going to contact my doctor about restarting my 3 months compliance and instead they sent him letters saying they're taking the machine back. They've lied to me, talked in circles, and have done NOTHING that they are supposed to do for my case. Ive never dealt with such a pathetic excuse of a company before msc.

Should be zero stars. Absolutely the worst and most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. I truly don't under stand how they are allowed to deal with any type of medical products.

Initially helpful, now not so much. Long wait time for return call. Two modalities have failed in terms of masks. No help offered; I had to figure it out myself. My machine still shuts off in the middle of the night. I agree with the other review: this company will be responsible for my treatment failure.

Terrible staff. They are awfully rude and seem like they will go out of their way to mess up on purpose. I’d rather suffer from sleep apnea for the rest of my life than have to deal with the rude, degenerate staff at this place. I promise you they could mess up a wet dream on accident.

Great for dealing with my insurance, bad at sending out supplies.I struggled with getting 2 different supply companies to handle my insurance in a timely manner and MSC was able to do that. I very much appreciate that.They are not good at getting replacement supplies to me. Twice they've sent me the wrong kind of mask/cushions. They also didn't get bills and supplies to me a few times because they did not have my address correct on file (after calling to fix it).

Poor customer service, excessively long wait times on the phone just to order CPAP supplies. In fact i have not reordered because I can’t get them to pick up the damn phone and I’m not going to sit on hold for extended periods to give them an order. I did get through to s representative about a billing problem but she was entirely unhelpful. So all in all this isn’t a company that seems to care about its customers very much.
