“The woman at the front desk (who also ended up drawing my blood) was AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I wish I could remember her name but I came in with so much blood work that needed to be done and she was so patient getting everything ready, she even had to call my dr because they mislabeled something on the script. We need more woman/men in healthcare like her!! She was awesome. Thank you so much for awesome customer service. I will never go to quest again.”

“Went to Quest on Delaware by the 290. I had a 6:50am appointment. Arrived at 6:35. I was taken back right away. They were short handed due to a call in but the phlebotomist even knowing she was going to have a crazy day was so friendly and upbeat inspite of her day ahead. I barely felt the needle go in and I was in & out in about 10 minutes from arrival to blood draw. I will definitely use this location from now on.”
“I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”

I waited for maybe 5 minutes before they took me back as a walk in. The phlebotomist was extremely professional, skilled, and pleasant. The collection process only took maybe another 5 minutes.
My visit was easy, fast, and problem free. What more could I ask for?”
“I am a "tough stick" .... I don't do well with needles and my veins are not always cooperative. The phlebotomist (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was very patient, understanding and calming and offered to use a small needle. I barely felt the stick. Her distracting methods worked very well! Usually when I get blood draws, Samantha does them and is great. The girl that did me on Friday was also very good.”

“I didn’t take him for 2 weeks fearing it would be a disaster our friend referred us here.Absolutely the best experience you could have getting a 1 years old blood drawn. We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.”
“We use KSL for all of our patient testing and they have been wonderful to work with. The turn around time is amazing and they are always available to help if we ever have an issue.”

“My phlebotomist that I was placed with today was one of the kindest souls I have ever met in my life. Noora, at the Sheridan and Millersport location was pure sunshine. I did not feel like “ just another patient” in her que, or a “ number” in her day. She made me feel welcomed, and calm, and quite frankly, just happy. You know a good soul when you meet one, and this women, has a soul of pure gold. Her phlebotomy skills are also excellent. She did not strangle and irritate my arm with the tourniquet, and I barely felt the stick. Do not loose this women! “This Quest is always on time and very friendly. Idk the phlebotomist name but she is the last room on the right side hallway was the best. I didn't even feel the prick. Always professional. I'm thankful that we get her when we go. I wish you can schedule an appointment, since we can't I just keep my fingers crossed that she calls our name.”
