Zainab was the most respectful cashier. I told her how I was worried about the breakables I bought for gifts. She wrapped them and bagged them then wrapped them in the clothes I bought. I made it home to wrap them and they were still in one piece!!! Thank you also to Jess S who was so funny and helpful. They even pleased my hard-to-fit weiner dog Jazzy! I love this Marshall's. They keep a neat store even on Dec. 24. They somehow keep the place clean around the hardest days of the year. Thank you for a great time shopping.

Made me pay full price for a jeans with a stain and did not offer a discount. The manager said I could put it back on the rack if I didn't want it. As an ex Marshall's employee this incredibly unprofessional.

The one on Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst staff are rude and unfriendly. If you do voice your dissatisfaction, you will be met with sarcastic aggressive response. While I do understand that these are very young kids working there, don’t have proper communication and social skills YET, it is the management’s job to train them on how to behave at work with customers, at least basic communication skills. They are not at home. I will think twice before I decide to shop again because of the negative association with this particular location. Please retrain your younger staff so they don’t turn your customers away. Thanks.
