NOT CONTRACTOR FRIENDLY!! Lowes has a new "corporate policy" that doesn't allow returns beyond 90 days - period. All contractors know that it is better to buy your job material upfront, and more than you need to prevent wasting time or paying employees to take unnecessary trips to the store. But what if you buy ahead and your job gets delayed beyond 90 days from the point you you purchased materials? Well, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK! You'll be storing the material until the rats eat it at your warehouse.. Or until your wife decides to either throw it out, or make an ugly Mosaic out of it... super inconvenient and a great way of blowing money... I guess what you save in material acquisition labor, you'll just have to pay in storage fees. Inflation isn't just about the cost of materials increasing, but also how corporate policies negatively impact your bottom line. All those commercials about how Lowes wants to be "the place for Pros" is disingenuous. BOTTOM LINE: If you're a "Pro", save your self some headache (and money), and shop at a wholesaler instead. Or even the big box store down the street (you know, the one where everyone wears orange aprons and looks like they joined a grill competition at Attic Correctional) has a better return policy... I'm taking my business elsewhere, so thanks for saving me a future headache.

Nothing like having a dishwasher delivered and the inside was damaged. Great lowes, you can take a $1000 for a dishwasher, but you do absolutely nothing for damaged. Did nothing but pass the buck, and give me 800 numbers to try. Also thanks for hanging up on me when I questioned your method on why I have to chase down my parts for something that was brand new.
I see why no one wants to shop here, moldy wood, bad products, and terrible customer service. Keep up the great work!! 0 out of 10!

Big. Decent selection and price. Just use phone to locate items beforehand and ...well...sometimes things 'in stock' are not. Don't go trying to find a standing weeder. None to be had although the store site says they're there.

Shortly after I entered and was looking around, a male employee greeted me and asked if he could help me. I was just browsing at the time.
I remembered that I had been looking several places for a particular item. I looked on the store website and located where it should be. As I was standing and comparing 2, a young male employee, by the name of Cole, inquired if I needed some help. I asked a few questions and told him what I needed. He knew exactly. He replaced what I had been pondering, walked a little further down the same aisle, and handed me the perfect choice.
Before cashing out my showerhead holder, I spotted another male employee, by the name of Tito. I inquired about home paper shredders. He quickly checked for me. One is available on their website and he can order for me. He said to let him know if I decide I want it.
Cashing out was fast and easy. The cashier was quick, efficient, informative and friendly.
It was a very pleasant shopping/browsing experience.

I went to Lowe's today looking at plants and came across a bunch of bare root roses with No tags on, no idea what each rose was but thought it might be fun to plant a mystery rose and also thought for sure they would offer a discount so i chose just one and brought it to the cashier and asked if they could discount the rose since there was No tag on it, i was immediately shut down by the older woman who was not even my cashier, she said No we don't discount anything just because no tag is on it, so i said what do you do with these then? she had no answer for me so i just said ok i don't need it i guess and left. How disappointing and a little embarrassing to be treated like that in front of customers. I'll not only never ask for a discount again but i wont shop at that lowes for any of my plants now.

Nancy, Bill, and Rosa were very helpful in making sure my dad got the correct mower.
Bought a manual transmission on accident and traded in for a hydro static transmission (automatic). Set it up to PU the wrong one and DEL the right one.
Anything is possible when you ask : ) Great team work!

I am a lowe's Pro member and I shop at all the lowes in the area. I have to say this store is by far the best store. I will drive 45 minutes out of my way to use this store over all other stores in western new york. I am in lowes almost daily. The customer service at the PRO DESK from JULIE & TIFFANY IS A RAY OF SUNSHINE makes my stressful days melt away.
I have been enjoying the programs LOWES has put together for contractors. I defiantly have stopped using the Orange store.... A note FOR corporate and store management The night time and weekend staff who work in the cashiers desk in the Pro area should be trained on how to pull up our accounts and better service the pro VSP when your amazing staff who run the pro desk are no in the store. contractors in Buffalo during spring summer and fall work 7 days a week and long late hours. We have unexpected times that we need the inventory at the pricing.
but over all this store is kept clean, organized, inventory is mostly stocked, and the very best customer service through out all departments.
