Eva is the best! She's a professional who uses her expertise to provide exceptional service by listening and communicating help to find whatever you are looking for! My now husband went to Eva for help with a dress when he was about to propose, because of how well she listens, knows, and cares for her customers she picked out 2 beautiful dresses... I could go on! She's the best!

Love it here. You never know what you will find. Consignment shopping makes me feel like a better human in general because you are supporting local business and contributing to a more sustainable world. Eva the owner is the sweetest, she always has a smile on her face and she remembered everything about the first time I walked in. We need more people like her in this world!

Because of renovations in my home, I was forced to rid my closet of clothing that had not been worn at all together with some lightly used. All pieces were designers like Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan , BCBG Max Azria, Akris, and more. I called Eva who encouraged me to bring my clothing to her shop. Eva was so eager to take my clothing that she was actually grabbing items out of my arms. She worked very quickly and handed me a piece of paper with a short statement explaining the rules of he consignment and indicated that I had left 16 items. That was on August 6, 2021. Upon arriving home, I looked at the careful list I had made of the clothes I left Eva and discovered that I left 19 Items. I decided not to make an issue of this but later learned how slap dash Eva's business is. It is also horrible filthy. I subsequently visited Little chic several times. It was always in disarray, dusty, dirty. I also noticed the quality of clothing on her racks were not "designer" quality. She once gave me a check in the amount of $18 and another time for $14. She could never count for what sold and what did not, but she claimed never to have sold anything else of mine. She said she would send my things to charily and that I could pick up a statement for a tax deduction. It is now almost March. She has told me she would get an accounting from her bookkeeper and send it to me. To make a long story short, she has never sent me the statement for my taxes after repeated requests, nor does she answer her phone or have an answer machine that takes messages. The whole experience leaves a very unsavory taste in my mouth. Something very amiss about that enterprise. My advice to others: SELLER BEWARE!

Friendly service and a very fair 50/50 split on consignment. I always find something here! There is an impressive selection of fur coats available, among designer brands and a wide range of sizes. Highly recommend!
