Took my test Thursday was told I’d have results by 1pm next day in my email. It’s now Saturday and still no results. Tried calling the number it was some guy saying he was the answering service. I will never use this company again. It’s never taken more than 24 hrs from anywhere else to get results. This place is a joke.

This place is a scam. I ordered a rapid antigen test online and got a confirmed appointment. After waiting almost 2 hours in line they tell me to hand them my insurance card which is through the VA and I tell them I don't think they cover it so I was going to pay the 65 bucks for the rapid test. I was supposed to have the results within a few hours. But nothing, so later that evening I reach out to support and they tell me I was given a PCR test instead so that is next day results. I immediately let them know I didn't sign up online for that test but the rapid one instead since I had to be back at work before the next day. I also explain to them I specifically ordered the test because it's half the price of the PCR. The lady said they would just bill the insurance and apologized for the mistake. Somehow I get the results a couple of hours later in the evening even though she said next day. Then a year later I'm being billed for the same test still. The level of incompetency is unreal, they have me call to provide the same info they already had a year ago and I told them again I don't think it's covered through the VA so I can pay for the rapid test but they still are charging for the PCR even though it was their mistake to begin with. So the VA denies it as suspected and KSL still thinks I should be paying the bill from over a year ago. Great times!

I went to get a pcr test guaranteed results in 24 hrs or less. I waited way over 24 hrs to receive my results then I went to bed. Then I received the results the next morning and they were inconclusive, so I have to go get tested again. It’s like here is $150 and here you go here is another $150. Guess I won’t be eating this week. What a scam. Won’t be going back there ever again. Should have gone to urgent care or Walgreens.

we didnt even make it with pur toddler sitting in line. how is this taking 5-10 mins per car? absurd.

never again. about 5 blocks long of cars waiting to be tested, was in the car for over 4 hours. small amount of space and many car accidents.

Horrible - avoid at all costs. Needed results for international travel and made an appointment for rapid PCR test. Waited in line 40 minutes and they told us they are doing rapid tests today. Total deception and fraud. Went to WNYRT and, literally, got my test in minutes. Go anywhere but here

I did RT-PCR test, I gave my samples around 5 pm, Its quick drive in and the staffs are very friendly. They gave me the results 10 pm. Its very quick and easy, we loved your service. I recommend KSL Diagnostics the experience is aewsome.

Drive through Covid testing site at Galleria Mall in Buffalo NY is awful. Disorganized. Couldn’t find my appointment record. Brought me another person’s record exposing their personal data! Forgot to make a copy of my license and called me later in the day asking me to come back or email a pix of my license! All around disaster. Go to Quest

Went to KSL at the Eastern Hills parking lot. Technician came out and immediately there was a communication problem with registration. She then swabbed the back of my mouth (near my molars). She did not hit my throat. I went home and thought huh!? I think I was supposed to get an oral pharyngeal test (throat swab) not a saliva test. Drove back and got a better more professional technician and she said they would retest me. They decided to test me up the nose instead of oral pharyngeal test. We’ll see. Communication was poor.

I went to get a PCR test , guaranteed 24 hours for work and I’m going on 38 hours now with no results. I call and they told me 4 pm, then 8 pm, then by the end of the day. Nothing! I verified my email with them and I checked my spam . A lovely woman called me on her own time from home to tell me by 12 pm and yet still nothing. They are costing me money loss. Awful should have gone to urgent care or Walgreens.

Had an appointment at six. I waited till 7 30. I left Emergency room is better. Was in and seen within 40 mins
