I highly recommend Kitchen World. Joao Moreira was so incredibly helpful in making my decisions and was instrumental in working with my contractor in providing all the details he needed. I am beyond happy with my kitchen!!

I stopped by a few months ago and happened to meet a young sales lady Philippa. She was extremely helpful and helped me with all my new cabinets and hardware. She even came to the construction site and marked where each cabinet was to be installed. This was the 5th time since 1981 that I have had Kitchen World cabinets in my house and cabin. Obviously I love their products and highly recommend them! We recently completed my new kitchen with a coffee bar, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a pub area. I can’t say enough about the quality and service I received. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cabinets and installer were amazing. Customer service was disappointing. Our designer ordered wrong parts and measurements were incorrect setting back the completed product one month. I called and left a message for the manager. No phone call was returned. After a week I called back and was told that they were not willing to adjust my order in any way to compensate the inconvenience and the items were already reordered with a rushed delivery but it took one month to come in. We went to kitchen world because of their reputation. I’m happy with the final product however when they make mistakes they should own it and compensate the customer. I was told to tell them what I should be compensated. I asked for a refund of the item that was incorrectly ordered and I was told it was too late because it was already reordered.

As we planned a huge remodel of combining our existing kitchen and a dining room into one spectacular room, we knew Kitchen World was the place to go. We met with Emily, designer extraordinaire, who came out to our home, listened to our ideas and then it was off to the races. Within a short time we met at the showroom, where she delivered to us her design and we began the process of choosing cabinetry style, color and placement. Emily was always professional, endlessly patient and available for any questions from our contractor and us. When we needed service, they were timely and respectful of our property. This was our second kitchen update by KW and is more beautiful than the first. Thank you to everyone involved in the process of creating my dream kitchen with my “appliance garage.”

Tricia did a wonderful job in the layout, design and color selection of the the cabinetry, as well as coordinating the delivery when we did our master bathroom remodel. I highly recommend using Kitchen World and their high quality product line!

We are very happy with our Kitchen World experience. Trish was great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in design, products & the remodel process. A ton of planning, but she made it easy with many suggestions, while listening to our ideas. She has a great designer eye, with ideas to make the most of our small space. Vince is very talented and can handle any part of an install. His communication is excellent. Kitchen World was very competitive on pricing, and we think overall it was a great value.

We highly recommend Kitchen World! They are professional, timely and their products are high quality! They also run sales from time to time, which is helpful! Working with Rob was easy. He lived up to the recommendation we received by meeting with us timely, answering all our questions with good recommendations for all our space as well as working with our insurance adjuster when needed. He also worked very well with our contractor. We suffered a devastating water leak last summer, and we couldn’t be happier to have our kitchen back!Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

I worked with Trish to remodel my dark, dated kitchen. She spent many hours with me, picking colors, cabinet styles, and design aspects. Her attention to detail is top-notch. The displays in the store helped me to select options for cabinets. She always responded quickly to any questions and made sure things went smoothly for the contractors. I love my kitchen and pantry!
