I came in just before close on a Friday and the two phlebotomists who were there were pleasant as can be, treated me respectfully and were so courteous. Very quick too!

Ok, I would like to correct my earlier review. I had unjustly blamed the staff here for poor service, when in fact it was their boss, Ross (not sure last name, Hagen?) who had held up the packed waiting room. Having 2 staff on only and 1 going to lunch, he had “reps” of some sort with him and took away the only staff member now left to do all the bloodwork. I and the others waiting assumed it was taking well over an hour for bloodwork when it was the head ok Kaleida labs doing it. He was well aware of the packed waiting room and only ever 2 staff on duty. Had I of known the disheveled farmer jean dressed man exiting through the standing room only now waiting room was the boss we heard talking and laughing and holding staff up from completing their work. Well, I and several others who were waiting would have enlightened him on his lack of concern or empathy he had for these patients. What a disgrace.So, I would like to apologize for blaming the staff when it was and is the boss’s poor job performance.

I walked in sheepishly at 330p when they were closing at 4. I don't remember the name of the woman who took my blood but she was WONDERFUL! My rheumatologist suggested I go here because I needed my blood work done asap and the person who took care of me was SO GREAT. I'll be coming here instead of quest. I hate getting blood work and she made it easy and painless.

I left after only one person was seen in forty minutes. There are other places I can go. No one available to ask what is going on. Just a room full of people.

I went for bloodwork this morning and can't say enough good about the location. Kim took my blood and she was kind, informative, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen and would highly recommend this location for any necessary lab work.

Can one have a favorite blood draw lab? These folks are the very best. In and out. Walk in. No waiting. No struggling to locate a vein. Too professionals here! Even for a beloved three year old. Five stars all around.

My advice would be to find someplace else to get your blood drawn, especially during COVID times. This place is an absolute joke - Kaleida really needs to make some much needed changes here. I walked in to the tiniest waiting room I have ever seen. Two people already in there and waiting. Absolutely no way to maintain social distancing. I signed in on a well-worn & dirty piece of paper. No privacy here - I could easily see the names of all of the people who had been there previously that day. With three people already waiting and no sign of life behind the door, another person walks in and also looks surprised at the tight quarters. A couple minutes later an employee peeks out in to the waiting room and mumbles something about the lunchtime crowd...(it was about 11:15 AM) and then shuts the door. Another person walks in to the waiting room. Now there are five people crammed in to this tiny space. I'm done. I walk out. This was an absolute @*#& - show. Kaleida - it's the year 2020 and we are experiencing a pandemic. Time to clean up your act.
