The selection of men’s clothing was very limited compared to other locations that I visited over the past month. I visited other locations in Schaumburg Illinois and location in Cheektowaga NY , and they both had a much better line up of men’s clothing to choose from.

First time I have been in the mall in forever, organized and helpful. Sad to see a place that used to be so so busy as a child basically empty.

They really stepped it up this year! Lots of stock in all departments.. customer service excellent, fast returns. You can't beat the prices and points earned. I really enjoy shopping local instead of online. They just need more mirrors! Thankful for JCP's being open in 2024.
