I had an amazing experience at this optical. Sunny is the optician and manager there, she's very knowledgeable and gave me nice recommendations based on my needs. I was able to buy frames and contact lenses and now intend to come back to buy a pair of sunglasses from her as well. Great customer experience.

The care I received at this Jcpenney Optical was exceptional. I had a script for my first bifocals. Sunny, the manager, worked with me. The results were beautiful frames and my first progressive lenses. Thank you, I came back to buy my contacts from her. Great customer service.

I was in need of a repair for my eyeglasses. Since I did purchase them from JCPenney optical, I went there for my repair a week ago. There a technician, whose name was Sunny, was just fantastic and fixed my glasses in record time! I was thrilled with her attitude and her talent! I will definitely go there for my next pair of glasses!

Dr. Rima Khan is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. My whole family sees her. And the staff is wonderful as well.
