Courtside Outfitters is a throwback to a retail experience like the “old days.” Lisa and Phil have never veered from the recipe that has kept the shop thriving under their leadership through recessions, the increase in online competition, and, now, a pandemic, which is: One-on-one customer attention, knowledge about every item that they carry in the store, and personable and polite assistance. And, despite that level of service, the prices are as good or better than shopping online in most cases.

Can't thank the staff enough, I went in to purchase a new racquet and he took his time to explain the pros and cons of each one I was interested in. Very happy with my selection and the hybrid custom stringing he recommended is awesome!
