Dr. Lisa Genovese has all three in spades! The practice is staffed with very competent professionals, the optical center has a beautiful selection of frames and the opticians are excellent. Top notch service in a beautiful setting is always a pleasant and positive experience here!

Very clean and up to date office. Super friendly staff and a very thorough exam. The new retinal scan instead of dilation drops is a huge benefit as well

Dr Lisa Genovese at Insight Eye Care is the best. Each one of her staff, from check in, to the techs, the Dr herself, the optical place for glasses, to the check out desk. Top notch. Customer service to the Nth degree. Treating the eyes she takes it to the Nth degree. She has the latest technology available to give you the best vision care out there. Dr Jennifer Glose is the ONLY doctor over my lifetime that ever took the time to listen to my left verse right eye imbalance and help me find a way where I could see properly every other eye doctor would cut me off and just tell me what they thought I was so impressed with this doctor that I followed her from her former practice to her new practice and I will follow her as long as she's practicing eye medicine I can't say enough about Dr Jennifer Glouse. And as a side note she's spunky she's fun to talk to and I would recommend her to any and everybody who needs an eye doctor.

The team at Insight was great. I was seen at my appointment time and everyone was very friendly. They explained everything extremely well, gave me a thorough eye exam, and had a great selection of frames to choose from. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. They also have multiple doctors on site improving availability.

It was time for me to schedule my annual eye exam and found that the doctor I usually see had moved to another practice. I was not going to forsake Dr. Glose, so I followed her to her new place: Insight Eye Care in Williamsville. What a good move! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Simeon for making me feel relaxed and confident. Dr. Gloss was terrific - as usual. I plan to continue as her patient for years to come. Insight Eye Care will take good care of you. Go there!

Great Doctor and staff . They found a torn retina and pull some string for me at the surgical center for a same day repair. Pick out some great frames after my eye exam and would highly recommend Insight Eye Care 10 star service.

This was our first time at this location as me and my Mum walked in to get her reading glasses done. The staff was very friendly, polite to talk to and helpful in selecting the frame. Our whole experience was so good that we ended up ordering for her distance glasses as well. An absolute pleasant experience overall.

I’ve been coming to insight for a few years now. Everyone that works there is so welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable of everything related to eye care and health. I love their selection of stylish up to date glasses as well as their options for contact lenses.
