Employees here think it’s acceptable to joke around and waste customer time. They will joke with you about the services they do and don’t offer and then make the whole experience awkward because they don’t know how to adapt to each customer. So if you’re looking for a place to get your stand up career started, this is the spot.

Karoline, Isiah, gentleman with the blue dreads, and the Store Manager were all AMAZING! They were pivotal in getting funeral cards and programs done through multiple iterations, edits and snafus. Job well done and the customer service was impeccable. (5 stars especially to Karoline, they are so lucky to have you!) Tysm everyone.

Horrible..waiting 15 min..to be told.oh..print equipment for large copy machine is broken...management refuses to replace...it's broken most of the time...So why are you open? Why didn't you say that and wait to tell me till after my print was in the large copier with paper jam...Fed ex you need to do a whole lot better......

I asked if I should print the labels on my own or give to them and they said they can do it but then charged $2.50 full service charge. My first $3 printed page. What a scam. Be upfront about fees or tell us to print ourself for $0.19. Be warned if they sound nice and act like they are helping they will charge.

The guy that was working was really weird. He kept swearing and making weird jokes and I was not pleased with his service. Would not recommend.

The first time I went in it took an hr for a paystubs to be printed out and the second time I went there I asked for paystubs to be printed out and they told me to go outside and do the printing business out there so I just went to ups afterwards to get my paystubs printed very poor service even though I look young I needed business to be done!!!!

They leave the store to be managed by a single woman Karoline. i walk in there, tell give her an envelope to mail, she handles it, i tell her i need a passport photo taken, so she decides to take the next two people behind me and make me wait 10 minutes before helping me! I couldn't believe it. I pay for the photos and she doesn't even offer a receipt. Seemed like she was a lunatic to me. Won't ever go back there again.

Have been to this location several times, they are always "busy" and "will be right with you". The employees are rarely in a good mood and move at the speed of smell. Today I had the pleasure of running into an employee who still believes that improperly wearing a cloth mask will help her avoid a virus that no longer exists. As if that wasn't bad enough her preferred method of speech was whispering so everything had to be repeated 3 times. I then asked her to put the unit number of the residence the package was being shipped to and the price went up 6$. When I said don't worry about the unit she said "well the price won't go down" after she quoted the lower price 10 seconds earlier. After convincing her that pricing strategy was unacceptable she caved in and found the earlier price. Yet another example of someone who believes scheduling an overpriced shipment is a 6 figure position.

I purchased a 24x24x18 box that they agreed to cut to 13” tall for shipping. Instead, they shipped the item in a 25x24x19 box costing an extra $50 that we were billed for. By we, I mean a 501c charity. When I brought this to their attention, they declined to help or credit us even though I had all the documentation. Very disappointing.

This location does not offer FedEx one Rate Boxes and or they do not honor the FedEx ship app they wanted to charge me $40 for a package that should have been $13.50 to ship. My advice go to the one on Delaware that store is awesome.

Always super slow, always an issue w printers, faxes...staff dont care that people have to get stuff done quickly. Never this issue w the Niagara Falls Blvd store.
