The person before me should change his rating because its against the customer service toll free number and Not Mark himself. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable that you need an agent like Mark to help you through any insurance problems you may have. Thanks again Mark!

If you need to call the toll free # and don't have an agent. Good Luck. Absolutely clueless. Deal with insurance companies on a regular basis. By far the worst customer service you can get.
