Staff was rude and for every request they used to deny very rudely. We asked for water no proper response. Asked for directions in local area or where we get basic things no response. Room was stinking badly with bubble gum and candies on the floor. Toilets were not working as there was no water supply, when complained they asked me to call local government authorities to resolve the water in toilet. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable in hotel room and hotel premises

BEDBUGS: Upon entering the lobby you are hit with a strong chemical smell. Once you make it past that, the hallways leading to your room have a thick cigarette and Marijuana stench. The rooms do NOT look anything like the Google photos. There is black mold growing along the AC unit, cigarette burns in the beds and comforters, and unclean bathrooms waiting for you inside. We had only planned on staying one night, but after returning to our room later that evening, we were run out by BEDBUGS. My friend had been bitten multiple times, just minutes after sitting on the bed. The area seems very unsafe at night and if you are a family traveling, please just opt for a better hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I have never seen such a disgusting place. I would urge anyone who is considering staying here to scour the google reviews before stepping foot in this filthy building. You may bring home a few extra travelers if you decide to stay here. On top of all of this, clearly, the no smoking rule is not enforced and they have even gone as far as to remove the smoke alarms from the rooms. At the end of the day, if you value your health and safety, please do not stay here.

The smell and customer service was terrible
That lady was rude
Makes you hate her right away
You get charged a deposit but honestly this place is falling apart
From what I read on the reviews nothing has changed on their supposed work in progress situation smell and staff that lady should be fired

The hotel is very near where we need to be. The room we received was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc., all stocked.
Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.
Noteworthy details: It is less expensive than Motel 6 in the area and we did not like Motel 6.

This is ridiculous. The bathroom went is so dirty people would get sick breathing all that dust. The room smells really bad we have to spray it with perfume.

My girlfriend got electrocuted by a broken lamp. Oh, and they had fleas in the room, so yeah, don't go here.

The room was very gross. The pictures online do not give an accurate description of the room. It had crumbs everywhere, stains on the comforters, cracks in the wall and rips in the wall paper. The floors were gross and covered in stains and other gross stuff. And to top it off the smell was horrendous, where we had to buy febreeze from the store. I will say I was unsatisfied with my visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. There were holes in the walls and burn holes on the blankets in the rooms. The walls were peeling in the hallways and they smelled. On our last night here a man claiming to be front desk was waiting at the end of the hall where myself, my sister, & my brother had our own rooms with our s/o. This man practically followed my boyfriend & I into our room asking us how many people were in our room. When I closed the door he stood very closely to our door as if he was trying to listen to what was going on in our room. My sister then told him that he was being creepy to which he responded “well I’m front desk so I can do what I want.” After standing at my door for about 2 minutes he walked to the doors of my siblings & stood closely trying to listen to what was happening in their rooms. He then walked to the end of the hallway & stared at my door for about five minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

Hi, I am sorry for this review, I always try to be Grateful but this room was not that good. There is a bad odor smell that was there throughout the time we were at the hotel property. Bathrooms and Bedsheets (attached) were not clean. Bathroom’s pot, I flushed the water from someone used last time for complete residual flushed. I really recommend the hotel management to please work on the maintenance. The price is cheeper in comparison to other hotels. Thanks for the clean bed sheets.

I could give them 0 I would. They have infestation of ROACHES . The sheets are not clean and the pillow have stains all over them . DoNt waste your money please here some prove you are welcome don’t waste your money .
