“Rich the service tech did a great job. A&E business needs work done. You cannot call them and reach a person. I have a home warranty. I also have a stacked washer and dryer. They will not remove dryer, I realize this is a problem with the warranty company also. I am trying to work on the problem. What good is a policy that I have to remove something to get it fixed. I would understand if it was a built in. That would be like getting a brake job but I have to remove the wheels.”

“I recently had them repair a QSC Touch mix 16 audio mixer. I was very pleased with their service. I had repaired an issue with the board myself and ran into an issue with one of the internal ribbon connectors. The repair took less time than i was originally told. The technician called me to explain what he had done. Very good communications, good quality work, and reasonable prices. They were nice to deal with.”
