Sad, there are now $3 and $5 items, you have to watch out. It's becoming Dollar General. Not sure I like it...I hope they keep the staples I have been buying there for years.

This location is frustrating with balloons. They consistently say they are ‘out of helium’ , but mysteriously all other local dollar stores have it. False advertising at this point. Just say you don’t sell them. Makes me suspect its a franchise requirement they are just working to get around.

This is a very nice location! The store is clean and although it’s small it’s very organized and clean so have a lot of walking around room. The employees are nice. There’s a great selection of products! The card selection is amazing and VERY reasonably priced! The party section is great, …like to decorate and match everything when having a party. The beauty aisle has so much to choose from. The lines sometimes get long , they usually make sure to open another register so the lines move quickly , thats a plus! The parking is ok, depending on how busy it is. Really recommend this location!?so relaxing can spend hours there?

A well-stocked and calm store with lots of visitors. Since it’s in a busy shopping plaza and surrounded by other plazas it’s one of the busiest around WNY but we have never seen it a mess or with any altercations. People come and go as they get their merchandise and continue with the other stops in the plaza.

Ed was very rude! There was no stick to separate my items from the other customer's so we just spaced them apart on the belt, no big deal. Ed pulls the stick out off nowhere and literally slams it between my items and the items of the person behind me?? Then he passive aggressively says, "Wow aren't these things so great?" Then he didn't speak to me at all, unlike what he'd been doing with the customers before me. Beware the old guy!

The older gentlemen that cashed me out was very efficient and friendly (I think his name was Ed)! Also, the Easter selection was amazing!!

Unfortunately, this brand new Dollar Tree has become a hot mess in the short time it's been open. Not enough employees which is NOT their fault. Boxes and stock everywhere in aisles. Dollar Tree (as a corporation) apparently doesn't care about their stores' appearance and lack of hiring enough available workers, yet they still open new stores. Perhaps they don't pay enough. There are signs in EVERY shopping cart that state they are hiring. The employees have actually put handwritten signs on the front door to tell you to be patient and not yell at them because of long lines. That would be unnecessary if the general public wouldn't be a$$es especially to retail workers. Be patient if you shop there. And if you bitterly complain about there not being enough workers while standing in line, perhaps YOU would like to put in an application. I work retail and we are treated like servants to be verbally abused. BE PATIENT or order online!

As far as Dollar Tree's go (Or Dollar-Twenty-Five Trees, as they are now), this location is a reliable one. It is in a busy Transit plaza, but there are traffic lights for easier-in-and-out, and plenty of well-lit lot parking. I'd say this is a medium-large location, not the biggest Dollar Tree I've been in (Lockport is my massive-fave), but not a small spot either. The store is generally tidy and well stocked. I've been in a few times when staffers are stocking and straightening shelves; they do a good job of caring for the tidiness of this store. Dollar Tree still carries all of the chotchky-knickknacks they are known for, but have also expanded to include a lot of staple housewares and grocery items too. Some canned goods at $1.25 a can are actually a better price than the grocery store now, such as Organic Valley canned tomato products, a great organic brand. I also buy parchment paper here that I use regularly for baking, a large box of 25 sheets just, you guessed it, $1.25. For our meat-free fam', there is actually a growing selection of vegan snacks and gelatin-free candies. I recently grabbed some Christmas decorations too. I'm a holiday Grinch in general, and have more than enough festive crap around my house. But they got me with a cute and decent quality wall hanging of a truck and tree, and a camper and tree, plus a couple door hooks to hang them together in our entry hallway. As a camping family, one holiday decoration that pays homage to our hibernating RV was five bucks I guess I was willing to part with, haha. Just like any Dollar Tree, plan on coming in here for three or four things, and walking out with seventeen or eighteen things. As I get older, I get better at only buying things I will actually use and have an immediate purpose for instead of straight-up "oh, that's so cute!" impulse buys. Dollar Tree has plenty of impulse cuties that I am now able to walk past, but also lots of staple items that are priced pretty well. So bring your reusable bags and know you may well fill them here.

I was there to pick up a few items for home. The service was good and I was able to get what I needed and a little more.

Store packed with staff today. One guy stocking had blocked the end of the aisle with his cart. Looking at me as if I'm weird for wanting to pass. The cashier said exactly 0 words to me. No total. No offer of a bag. They're doing their level best to act you're not there.

Show them a picture, ask about products for it. They cut your hair in one of 5 styles learned and pretty much ignore what you say.
