I used to love going to Dollar Tree but lately their locations are really downgrading. The store was busy, seemed like there were only two employees in the store, one on cash, the other on break. Cluttered aisles, empty shelves, simple items that you are looking for are not there. Finding better deals at Walmart for cheaper prices.

I warn you not to go here, ESPECIALLY if you're trying to exchange items. The manager himself and the checkout lady refused to take my unopened exchanges that I had receipts for, calling them "gross looking" when they were again, completely unopened, undamaged, AND not dirty. This experience gave me great anxiety, they backed up a line of at least 20 people who were waiting, while they picked and chose what they wanted to take back for exchanges, which is against policy if the items are unopened, undamaged, and clean!!!!!!!!

I travel around WNY, so I have been is quite a lot of Dollar Tree stores . This was THEE WORST Dollar Tree store that I’ve EVER been in !!!! The floors were disgusting!!! Garbage everywhere and the shelves were a mess and in disarray !!! Yes, maybe your clientele are slobs and you’re short staffed, but you need to call for help, lock the doors and focus on cleaning up. Something needs to be done on a higher level.

Young man with shaved head ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to bag my order with cloth bags I purchased from THEIR store. When I asked why, he stated “I had a bad experience once”.
Are you kidding me? Time to get rid of lazy employees and hire some who really want to work!!! Will avoid this store at all costs!!!

Sad, there are now $3 and $5 items, you have to watch out. It's becoming Dollar General. Not sure I like it...I hope they keep the staples I have been buying there for years.

This location is frustrating with balloons. They consistently say they are ‘out of helium’ , but mysteriously all other local dollar stores have it. False advertising at this point. Just say you don’t sell them. Makes me suspect its a franchise requirement they are just working to get around.

This is a very nice location! The store is clean and although it’s small it’s very organized and clean so have a lot of walking around room. The employees are nice. There’s a great selection of products! The card selection is amazing and VERY reasonably priced! The party section is great, …like to decorate and match everything when having a party. The beauty aisle has so much to choose from. The lines sometimes get long , they usually make sure to open another register so the lines move quickly , thats a plus! The parking is ok, depending on how busy it is. Really recommend this location!?so relaxing can spend hours there?

A well-stocked and calm store with lots of visitors. Since it’s in a busy shopping plaza and surrounded by other plazas it’s one of the busiest around WNY but we have never seen it a mess or with any altercations. People come and go as they get their merchandise and continue with the other stops in the plaza.

Ed was very rude! There was no stick to separate my items from the other customer's so we just spaced them apart on the belt, no big deal. Ed pulls the stick out off nowhere and literally slams it between my items and the items of the person behind me?? Then he passive aggressively says, "Wow aren't these things so great?" Then he didn't speak to me at all, unlike what he'd been doing with the customers before me. Beware the old guy!

The older gentlemen that cashed me out was very efficient and friendly (I think his name was Ed)! Also, the Easter selection was amazing!!
