Very disappointed from service department. They can’t diagnose the noice problem which still come since I buy the vehicle. Every time when I dropped the car for service they don’t have shuttles service which is very frustrating. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them but will not come for service again

They also have a body shop.

Service after the sale on used vehicles, say your prayers! They did not respond to email request from their own service people reaching out to me. Lower lumbar support not working , some minor plastic components need help, and road noise from cosmetic door plastic.....
After almost 1 month of waiting for a response and nothing, you will not receive any recommendations of any kind, only "caution", and "beware".
If you are looking at used here, push, touch, operate, and road test for all functions because once you sign, you are on your own!

Dave Smith reached out to me to make things right after their communication issues.
While there was still issues getting service completed, they did make things right for me, including driving my car to me back in Rochester.
Well done, nice save.
Be careful no matter where you go or where you buy. Once they realized they left me behind, they truly made the effort to make it right. They stumbled with it, but did make it right.
Overall - I won't close the door on these guys, but will have more facts and communication before going.
