got my eyebrow pierced today with trevor. he was absolutely amazing and cared so much about the placing of it to match the other side. they fit me in on walk in bc i accidentally went to the wrong location? the girl at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. thank you guys so much!!!

I had my ears pierced last March. I had to have a MRI of my brain done and could not get the earrings out. I made a last minute appointment the day before and Sarah took them out for me and I went back to Cowpok after my MRI and Henry put them back in for me free of charge. Great customer service!

Cowpok and its wonderful atmosphere and the teams expansive knowledge and kindness make such a difference for experienced and novices alike. Came in with my partners little cousin for their birthday / first piercings at 19, and Trevor did wonderful. Soothed their nerves, took his time with their questions, and explained everything smoothly or reexplained so they could truly understand what they were in for for their first piercing experiences (3 facial piercings! what a badass!). Then he pierced a double conch for me, and this wasn’t our first rodeo together, and it surely won’t be our last. Megan styled all 5 pokes to perfection and we couldn’t be happier with our new and improved updates to our meat suits. Thanks so much guys. ?

I normally would not leave a bad review to a business such as this, but I was not happy with the service at this location. Was misgendered twice and the lady at the front desk was very rude to me. I was upset and disappointed since I thought Cowpok would be inclusive and supportive. Guess that’s my mistake, you can’t always expect that your identity will be respected. I was also not happy with the fact that I was not advised to use a proper method such as saline solution to clean my piercing. Overall, just was not a great experience for me, especially with the service in which they don’t even bother to treat their customers kindly, or at the very least, with respect. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location... Do better, please.

My friend and I came in on Monday to get a few piercings done by Sarah. We love our piercings and had a great experience. She was super quick and professional but had us laughing and totally at ease. I didn't catch the name of the person working the counter, but they helped us pick out jewelry and were super patient and friendly while we explored our options. Place was impeccably clean with tons of high quality jewelry to choose from. Cowpok always knocks it outta the park, THE place for piercings in Buffalo.

Amazing experience! Trevor pieced me and a family member, was very nice, communicated every step. Was also very clean, changed his glove’s frequently. Will definitely be back to him soon!

I started seeing Eric here in May of 2023. Every appt is such a pleasant experience. He is such a cool guy and makes sure to put you at ease and make sure you’re comfortable during the whole appt. I love every piece of art I’ve received so far & would 10/10 recommend! Everyone else is super friendly too. Definitely a cool environment and I really love going there.

I cannot tell you how much I love this place, it was my first time going there and it was for a septum piercing; Henry pierced me and he told me everything that was going to happen and why: from the position of the piercing to what he was doing next. It was uncomfortable more than painful and the entire shop was neat, organized, and professional. I paid $80 for the piercing, plus jewelry, + 10% tip but I'd definitely come back to him!! My septum fully healed in like a month and a half (which is super short for this type of piercing) and all the things the internet told me such as the nose crusties or the awful smell of the piercing never happened to me. I could literally flip the piercing up and down after 2 and a half weeks with zero pain, Henry honestly is a magic piercer ?

Took my girls to Cowpok to get their ears pierced and the staff was great. Henry the artist that did the piercing made both of my girls very comfortable while getting pierced and explained the aftercare thoroughly. I would strongly recommend that anyone going to get piercings go to a professional, and not a teenager working a mall job with a potato gun.

Took my daughters here for piercings. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Instead of being intimated, my girls felt welcomed and relaxed, and aftercare instructions were explained very precise and clear. Will be returning.
