I've had a Home Equity Loan with Citizens for the last 6 years. Checked my interest rate about 2 months ago and it was @ 9.9%. The manager said he did not know how it got that high. He told me he could do nothing. Useless. I went to Western Division CU and the offered me 6,25%!Go somewhere else. Citizens will rip you off!

I deposited my IRA over 6 weeks ago. I asked to close the Account & they REFUSED! They still won’t give me MY MONEY! Also took over 5 weeks to get MY MONEY from my SAVING ACCOUNT! I’m going to contact the OOC & my LAWYER!

Nothing but problems at this one. Love citizens bank this one is very slow with one lady working the teller this is today July 11th and not so customer service with the mid age lady.

I went into the branch on Sheridan and Williamsville on March 30th with a bank check my 2 year old had colored all over. Sam and his manager Adam were incredibly helpful and kind in what was a very stressful situation for me. I am incredibly thankful for their efficient and thoughtful service!

The bank is in an old plaza and always smells funny. The drive thru is dated and a tight squeeze for my truck but the staff is always polite and attentive.
