Was in a bind and this branch helped me out big time when no other citizen branches were able. Amy took care of everything very well and quick for me and saved the day! Super appreciate this branch, I wish it were closer to my house.

I had a Home Equity Line of Credit with Citizens for the last 6 years. They cranked the interest rate to 9.99 percent. The manager said he had no idea how it got that high. He said he could do nothing. Useless! I got a rate at 6.25 two weeks later at Western Division CU. Citizens is a lousy bank.They will rip you off. Go somewhere else!

I only come for the ATM (stand alone)..The main building may have a ATM inside, but I never went inside to truly know for certain.

Not only do I recommend this location, HIGHLY recommend Adam. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was all set with online banking. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Today I walked into this branch looking for information regarding their checking and savings accounts. Personally, I was shopping around for a new bank to do business with and was pretty uncertain with who I'd like to go with.I walked into this branch and was greeted by Matt B. He immediately came off as a genuine and empathetic representative who walked me through all of their service offerings and professionally explained, quite literally, all of the ins and outs of being an account holder.Needless to say, I am now part of the Citizens Bank family and am very happy to be assisted by a genuine representative. It's truly refreshing to work with someone who you can trust, especially during uncertain times like these. I've called Matt B. at least a few times today with questions I have had randomly throughout the day which were answered promptly.Highly recommend you see and talk to Matt regarding any banking concerns; we all work hard for our money, so it's very nice to have someone work very hard to make sure you keep it.

I came into the bank a little bit ago, and the most wonderful teller waited on me, Her name was Brittany, what a gem, she took care of everything, hire more people like her, i love this bank. Great customer sevice, good job brittany.
