Both myself and my son love Childtime. After negative experiences at another daycare center, I was uneasy to send him to a daycare at all. Childtime has put me at ease and has made me comfortable sending him there all day. They have cameras so you can watch your child at any point while they’re checked in, however, after the first week there I would be confident in sending him here with no live cameras at all. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. You can tell that everyone that works there, including admin, love what they do and care for each of the children individually. We’re greeted with a smile and by name every day. Each time my son has been home sick, both classroom staff and admin has made it a point to check in on him. Everyone we have encountered and has taken the time and effort to build amazing rapport with both of us. I have referred 2 close friends to Childtime in Williamsville and will continue to do so.

Scheduled a tour and spoke with the director who did not remember speaking with me. Day of the tour comes and no one logs on and then they send a cancellation.

I’ve truly enjoyed the many years my kids have been at Childtime. Laura has been very accommodating and respectful. Many teachers have shown my children love and compassion. I will miss the daily interactions now that my kids are school-aged.

The director, Laura Robinson, and staff are amazing. They're attentive and understanding. Communication is fantastic, which is of utmost importance when leaving your children in someone else's care.During the pandemic they've gone above and beyond to continue providing excellent care and education in spite of the difficult challenges we've all faced.When both of our kids "graduate" from Childtime it will be bittersweet. Until then we're so happy to have their support.

We LOVE Childtime - both my children go to the Williamsville location.They have great staff who always go above and beyond! We get lots of videos, pics and stories through out the day via the app - I have the ability to peek in on them through out the day with the Watch Me Grow feature.The curriculum is great - they are constantly engaged and learning new things! Plenty of great activities and field trips (pre-COVID).They've helped me tremendously during COVID with my school ager - who has had a mix of ZOOM classes and independent work, I don't know how I would have been able to do it without them.I could go on and on about the reasons why I send my children to Childtime but the main reason is because my children LOVE it there - which speaks for itself!
