I love this location!!! For one, Catholic Health is the only area lab service that really goes above and beyond given my situation with my veins. Other businesses have a quota one supplies, refusing to use smaller gauge "butterflys" and instead using gauged needles that they can't access my veins with, then with a "two stick per staff member" policy, sending me to different locations because they exhausted the staff there.Catholic Health labs have never been this ridiculous and I really appreciate it as my veins are difficult to access. They listen to me and are always worried about hurting me which is never a problem, I just want to make it as easy as possible for them.The staff at this location is so kind and personable. I go every couple months and yet they seem to remember me and it's nice to pick up the conversation about how they're doing as well as their family. It's a personalized experience that you don't always get nowadays.

Very poor customer service. At set up, I was not given a wheeler for large tank. I have called the office for over a week telling them I have a pulmonary Dr appt tomorrow and the small tank won't be enough to last for the visit. Totally unprofessional. I have a blood clot in each lung and do not need the additional aggravation .Very thankful that the technician Angie, came at 8pm, so I will be able to go to my pulmonary appt. Angie was excellent, great customer service.

Fast, efficient yet still friendly. I get a bit nervous but the staff here are calm and friendly. I always come to this lab/office.

The ladies that draw your blood are amazing! They usually get me in 1 stick, and that's a lot because many before have said that I was a hard stick.

Highly suggest over Quest. Quick, no nonsense, and never had an issue with a bad blood draw. Nice staff.
