I left the car the night before & picked-up the car next day. No loaner. But that is not a news. Staff were great. The mechanic, not sure as I asked for cleaning the windshield before installing the annual inspection, he didn't, but left his garbage in the car for me to clean it. It is a little stuff that make or break.

My experience was one at the service department for a transmission fluid flush and refill. This service is somewhat technical (with this vehicle) and the service manager “Greg” put my mind at ease with excellent customer service skills and a bit of humor. Everything he said came true when I arrived for the appointment The following day. The process was efficient, comfortable, and the exact cost he had stated the day prior. Nice job! The only place personally speaking for me that could have been improved is a chance to briefly chat with the mechanic to get their perspective on the job. This is some thing that my local shop permits me to do.

this is my 4th lease would not go anywhere else... superb customer service and always find one with all my must haves which is a lot! Domenic was great to work with as was Scott who has since retired.

The service advisor girl super nice and very detail oriented person. Everything went well and the vehicle was delivered as she mentioned, without any extra cost. Usually they try to sell or rip off me. This is nice experience after long time.

Mike Matthew's was amazing! My son wasn't sure what kind of vehicle he wanted so Mike picked a few different ones for him to test drive. He found the perfect one! Mike goes above and beyond to deliver in a timely manner and make sure every detail has been taken care of.

I just picked up my new 24’ GMC Terrain! Fantastic experience, can’t say enough about my salesman, Timothy Wrotny and Rich Spencer the Finance Manager. Everyone was really nice and easy to deal with. Thank you Cappellino for creating such a great buying experience.

Bob in service and Kyle mechanic dealt with my Buick. Bob relayed info with warranty company on my behalf. Though this situation was not covered by my warranty, I agreed to continue with service, as I trust Buick to do the best professional job, and the replacement part had been ordered. Bob kept communication with me through each step, including when delayed. It was NOT inconvenient to go through this process. I am thankful for the shuttle home and the very friendly and professional work done by all.

We dealt with long-time salesperson Nick, at Cappellino Buick GMC. We were in a crunch as our lease term was up. Nick took advantage of the fact that we had to quickly find another vehicle. He was in such a hurry to seal a deal, that he conducted business entirely through text messages. He never invited us into the store, never tried to get us into what we wanted, and never offered to look at our trade-in. Turned out the trade was worth $4,000...a great down-payment towards another purchase. Nick totally disregarded the fact we were in a truck we loved, and hoped he would help us get into something similar. Instead he pushed us towards an SUV we didn't like. Fortunately at the last minute, we happened upon the great team of professionals at Robert Basil Buick GMC. We got more than what we were looking for...the vehicle of our dreams and totally loaded too. The monthly payment was also less than what Nick was giving us for a much cheaper SUV. But the worst part of this entire nightmare came as we were trying to complete the registration at Basil. We were unable to do so. It seems Nick took it upon himself to attempt to register the SUV without a sale or any authorization from us!! He assumed because of our situation, he would just go ahead and finish the deal without the customer. If what this guy did wasn't illegal...it really should be. To top off this bad situation, Nick sent us a snippy text when we went elsewhere. I contacted Mr. Cappellino personally over the matter. He offered next to no concern regarding what one of his "best" employees tried to do. If this is the best, I'd hate to see the worst.Word to the wise, run don't walk away from Cappellino Buick GMC!!!!

Cappellino Buick's service department has provided quality service every time I go in for service. I live about 25 miles from the dealership and there are many buick service centers that I could patronize, but I feel secure with Cappellino, as they are always, kind efficient and professional. The last time I went in for service was about a month ago. The appointment was to be a very long wait. They provided a shuttle service to take me home. The driver was a delightful gentleman (I wish I remembered his name). When they finished with the service to my SUV, the shuttle came back to my home, picked me up, and took me all the way back back to retrieve my vehicle! So far I can give ONLY positive feedback!

They had to keep my car overnight and offered me a loaner vehicle. I told them that would be great but I would need to get my daughter’s softball equipment out of the back of my car. Upon arriving at the dealer, my service advisor Lydia had all my daughter’s softball equipment and chairs in the loaner vehicle and took me to get anything else I needed from my vehicle. She definitely went above and beyond!

I can't thank Michael Matthews & Rich Spencer for all thay did for me! I was totally comfortable with both gentleman who were honest & caring. I told both what I needed and with no hesitation I received what I requested & that makes a 61 year old man happy in today's world. Cappellino has a very clean facility and associates I encountered were extremely polite which makes me highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again for my Equinox.

I purchased my car here and have takin it here for warranty work, my oil changes and NYS inspections and have been happy. I’m just out of warranty now and failed inspection due to tires and a taillight issue. I was provided with a detailed breakdown over the phone and offered tires, rear taillight, 4-wheel alignment and inspection for over $1,900. I declined and went to Dunn tire where they resolved everything and I passed inspection for a little over $900. I’m disappointed that my dealership can’t even get close to being competitive with other shops. A savings of $1,000 was well worth the trip elsewhere.

Bought a used car and it needed some work. I usually go to a family member to save some money but the little extra I paid at Cappellino was well worth it. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and the $$$ wasn't bad at all. Any time I need work, there is where I am going. Sorry cousin Howie!
