We just moved up here to be closer to family. My daughter Ali Calandra told me I have to try a workout that she’s been doing for a few months. She brought me in the other day and now I’m hooked!! The trainers want you to do the best you can do. They our your biggest cheerleader. Love it here and so glad my daughter introduced me to it. So glad I became a member!! Now I’m ready for 2024!!

I joined Burn Boot Camp about 2 months ago and I have been loving every moment of it ❤️. The trainers are so encouraging and provide great support, tips and coaching! Love how each day/week is different which keeps the workouts very interesting and challenging. I’d highly recommend this amazing community .. you won’t regret joining ?

Earlier in the year, I was going through some personal mental health struggles. I knew I needed to make myself more of a priority. Years ago, I came into Burn for a free trial, but didn't sign on. This year, I signed on and it's become an important part of my self-care routine. The trainers are encouraging, the workouts are different everyday and the staff always greet you with a smile (and a high five). Burn Bootcamp is more than a gym, it's a community. Something that Burn does that other gyms don't are the Focus Meetings. I have been working with Travis and he helps me on so many levels, especially checking in with my mental health. Thank you Burn Bootcamp for coming into my life during a time I needed it most.

Burn Boot camp in Williamsville is an exceptional gym. It’s such a fun, positive experience every time and the trainers are INCREDIBLE! They continue to give me the push I need to go a little faster or lift a little heavier. I love that I found this gym!

Felt at home and welcome the second I stepped in the door. Amazing energy and the trainer immediately read my abilities and was able to challenge me. Highly recommend giving yourself the 45 min of the day and they will make it the best!!

Joing was one of the best decisions I've made. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The camps are so exciting and challenging and I leave sweaty and can't wait until the next day. All the trainers are high energy and motivating. I absolutely am obsessed. They deserve all the stars!

I first tried Burn a few months ago and have been loving it ever since. The trainers are so encouraging and provide great technique tips and coaching! Each day and week is different which keeps the workouts interesting and challenging. I’d highly recommend Burn to any new or experienced exercise enthusiasts - the trainers meet you where you are in your fitness journey.

I signed up for their 4 week special. I completely enjoy this type of working out. The people here are great and super supportive and nice. The staff is wonderful. I love Kim and Travis they're really awesome. Just about to finish out the 4 weeks and I'd love to continue with them.

When my gym closed during covid, I was struggling to find a new place to motivate me and to workout. After a few months of searching and trials that went no where, I found Burn Boot Camp. I was hesitant because I didn't know what to expect and I was really looking for a place that was like the gym I went to previously. When I first walked in, the receptionist, Heather, greeted me right away with a smile, she made me feel welcome. She introduced me to all the trainers and took me on a brief tour. I really felt like I was about to become a part of something special and I wasn't just going to be a number. One of the trainers, Travis, right away shook my hand and asked what my experience was and if I had any injuries. I had just come back from a shoulder injury and he knew exactly how to provide proper modifications and even walked me through movements before my first class. As class progressed he CONSTANTLY motivated all of us, and he would check in with me to see how my shoulder was doing. After the first class I signed up. Everyone of the trainers treats you like you are a person with Individual goals. Lauren, Claire, Travis and Kim will work with you and keep you going the entire class. They really take the time to get to know each person. By my first week all the trainers knew my name, about my shoulder injury and knew exactly what I needed. The other members are great! Everyone gets to know your name and we all push each other through some pretty intense workouts . If you are looking to become a member of a gym that will push you to your limits and not just a number to fill a sales quota, do not hesitate and give Burn a try. You won't regret it!

UPDATE: This gym has adopted to the pandemic and keeping members safe and active during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Before gyms opened the ability to have live classes online and kid classes were offered to help them burn energy. If you want to workout at home, in the gym, or attend outside classes this is the place for you. You cannot get a better than Burn and it comes with a great support system.Great atmosphere and community. The trainers really work hard to bring different workouts week to week.
