I went to get fitted and pick up my cpap machine. I was a bit wary at first, but I was greeted warmly and Dana explained everything thoroughly. It was a lot easier than I thought. Their professionalism and open communication eased my anxiety about the new situation I've found myself in. Would definitely recommend going through them.

Thank you to Dana and Tara for all their assistance making it an easy transition getting my new machine.
Dana was a godsend walking me through all the equipment and explaining to me all the facets I didn't originally understand.
She took her time to ensure I was outfitted properly.
Tara made the insurance minefields evaporate.
Anyone with sleep Apnea ought to check out this place!

Dana, at Buffalo Respiratory Therapy is great! She was friendly, down to earth, and helpful with the process of the fitting and use of the machine. She also made sure that I knew I could call if I needed any help or make any changes.

TL;DR: Joe and Dana are extraordinary! To say that they provided us with a excellent care is an understatement! We will only purchase our supplies from BRT.
My husband and I are new to the CPAP world and when the Dr asked what supplier we wanted to use, we didn't think it mattered - a machine is a machine, right? - and chose the first one in the 'phone book'. I stand corrected - IT MATTERS!!
At nearly 100 apneas per hour and an emergency sleep study appt, we were jerked around by one of the 'big suppliers' for 2 months before we (ok, I) fired them. With that number of apneas, he is at extremely high risk of heart attack or stroke. He is a priority, he needed a machine asap.
When I called BRT, they worked around the clock - mid pandemic & recall - to get him a machine. Within 24 hours, they had a machine for him - incredible! Dana and Joe were kind, patient, and even dealt with our last minute changes in stride. I can't say enough good things about them.
They are small and locally owned. They answer the phone and return your calls (gasp!). They know their products, clients and work hard to ensure you are happy with your equipment. I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you Joe & Dana!!

The people who work here are absolutely amazing! Yes, it's true you can get supplies anywhere. However, it's the personal attention to you and your special needs that they excel at. They know who you are, they always are there in emergencies, and they are incredibly nice and very helpful. You need to spend your money on CPAP or BIPAP, that's a GIVEN. Investing/shopping in local suppliers like this company helps to make a better community. It really is a wonderful company with amazing people working there.

The young lady that answers the phone takes such GREAT care of me . Wonderful customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and prompt with anything you need to make your breathing problems a thing of the past.
