Absolutely terrible experience, had no clue what was going on with hospital records, could not communicate, insisted on prescribing unnecessary prescriptions when the doctor was NOT my primary and only being seen to clear for surgery, I do not reccomend this place to anyone

When I came in for a visit with Dr Attuwaybi I was really disgusted by the state of the exam room. It was filthy. The paper on the table had been used prior obviously and was not changed for my examination. Bottles and boxes littered the counter and were used from the appointments prior to mine. Trash was overflowing from the can onto the counter. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned well in weeks. I learned a long time ago not to expect much from BMG, but this was too much. If the staff doesn’t have time to properly clean and reset an exam room before each patient that just proves they are just cramming appointments in. Clean your exam rooms

I showed up early for my appt, didn't expect to be seen earlier. But expected to be seen on time. The pt before me was late, so instead of making them wait or resched I had to wait. Unacceptable. I will never come to this facility again

Saw a PA for a long standing issue months apart. Got the same result each time, no diagnosis, no treatment, endoscopy testing options limited to conscious sedation. Time spent is limited, rushed, no real interest in figuring anything out. Would say avoid this place. Looks good on the outside, what is inside is mediocre at best.

As I read all Dr Gupta's positive remarks, I wondered if I met the same doctor. He basically dismissed me as an insignificant person. My previous doctor who recently retired saw me me every 6 months and treated me with respect. This doctor spent 5 minutes with me and told me I did not need to see home again and my family doctor could fill my necessary prescription. I left there feeling degraded with a big question mark on my "head". Perhaps he was tired of dealing with stomach issues at the end of the day because mine had all disappeared???

Support staff is always rude and impatient when trying to check in or when speaking over the phone. Some amazing doctors but due to the business model the company is running appointments are feeling like you're rushing through an assembly line. Will be leaving this provider office due to the consistent lack of respect, poor customer service, and horrible attitude from check in/medical records/administrative staff.

Michelle, the appointment maker for Urology is rude and nasty. My family of 6 pay a ton of money to this group overall. I would consider hiring someone that can interact with folks professionally. I know it's hard to find good employees nowadays but this lady has to go.

Horrible experience all around. From gynecologist (especially the gynecologist) to orthopedics to the administrators. Inadequate in their exams and do not take people seriously when trying to get an appointment.

Use to enjoy this practice, but in recent yrs the quality of service has dropped dramatically..I feel rushed, NOT listened to, and worst of all NOT interested in my preventive health..or looking deeper into symptoms to find underlying problem.."here take this medication and go" is the vibe I get as of late.

Every time mom has been to this location and has seen Dr. Mirium A, I get a call from her saying how upset she is over her treatment.Dr. Mirium A has been nothing but unprofessional, rude, and inattentive in the few times she has seen my mom. My mom has been a night shift nurse for over 40 years, leading to her health being pushed to the side for the sake of others. Instead of working with my mom on a plan towards better health and healthy habits, she makes rude comments. On her last visit (6/13) when Mirium was told my mom lost 5 pounds, she said, "Oh, you could have done better." in regards to asking about work outs, my mom said she tries to get 10k steps a day, to which the doctor responded, "But do you do any real exercising?"During the general examination, when she was checking my mom's lungs and heart, the doctor never told her to breathe in, even though it's standard practice. My mom has seen this woman many times, but it is apparent that she has not completed a full check / read my mom's reports because she made comments about a pre-existing condition that my mom has had for the past 10 years. If you want to be nonverbally assaulted (rude gestures and eyerolls) over your weight and health in general, this office is for you. If you love leaving upset and hating doctors, Mirium is the physician to see. It disappoints me to hear that a medical professional, sworn to protect and help people, is so unhelpful and unkind to her patients. I've read the other reviews BMG, you can and should hire better.

I have been trying to get a new primary care doctor and after my experience with Dr. Mariam Ansari, I would not recommend her to anyone. I felt uncomfortable with this provider, and I honestly felt judged by how the provider treated me. The judgement was found in this providers face and tone with her lack of empathy or seeming to care to speak with me. She had a dead pan face with no intonation in her voice at all, along with pushing the conversation into a direction on how she could end the interaction the fastest way possible. I wish I could have left the appointment on a positive note. The only person I felt comfortable with during the whole experience was the kind nurse who spoke with me before Dr. Ansari came into the room. I hope this review is taken seriously with looking into giving this medical provider proper training on how to interact with her patients. I have no doubt that Dr. Ansari is knowledgable in her professional field, however she will not make it far if she continues to treat her patients as if we are beneath her.

Dr. Ansari is the best doctor I’ve had. She is very thoughtful and really values her patients and our health. She takes her time and definitely knows her stuff. 10/10 love her.

I really have to find the pages for specific offices within Buffalo Medical Group to address each practitioner and their staff personally but this is a start.I started going here last fall when I needed an endocrinologist and hematologist. Thankfully they were very easy to work with as my primary isn't the greatest, rather the office management, so the work was left to me to figure things out as I desperately needed to be put back on iron infusions. Buffalo Medical Group was extremely accommodating and though it took several weeks to get in to see a hematologist to get infusions ordered (not the doctor's fault) Dr. Cheng was amazing! As it was clear what I needed immediately based on serologies he was able to get me into infusions THE NEXT DAY! He even tried to get me started the same day but the office was at capacity and I was able to get in first thing the next morning. His follow up was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. The same goes for the infusion center at the Williamsville location! I had to get a couple times for the iron infusions, a big change from when I went somewhere else years ago and it was a constant process. Now it's a few treatments and you're done for 6 months. The staff was so helpful and kind and made sure I was comfortable despite only having to be there around 45 minutes. Their compassion to all their patients was incredible and a testament to their service.I was recommended to Dr. Mikhailidis by my mom who is a tough critic but she loves him. I am also impressed with his level of care as I have pretty standard issues but problems with malabsorption which affects how prescriptions work. He is attentive to this situation and dedicated to getting my problems on track by the least invasive means possible. He is courteous, as well as his staff, and I'm never rushed and I definitely feel valid and listened to as a patient.

Crazy. Walking in there is limited parking. They probably need to do that better for people who are really sick or mobility challenged. Then you stand on line waiting for a bank of receptionists. Many aren't masked. And coughing. It's a drs office. There are going to be sick people. Require masks. Like other drs offices. The operations of this building are not safety focused. This is not a reflection of the drs, but the Buffalo medical groups operations.

Finding a specialist can be intimidating. My GYN recommended Dr. Burkhard, a wonderful choice. I was totally impressed with Buffalo Medical Group's Dr. Valerie Burkhard. BMG building is easy to navigate, and communication scheduling appointments, paying co-pay, and online/portal access is spot on. From the first visit, every member of BMG I interacted with was kind, friendly and supportive. Dr. Burkhard's department was staffed with courteous professionals as was the imaging department. It's a bonus to have physicians and imaging in the same building -- and a doctor you trust and like.
