As a six foot tall bride-to-be, who usually has significant challenges finding clothes that aren't made for the average, 5'4'' woman, I was sure that wedding dress shopping would be a nightmare - ugh! To get an understanding of what the scope of my challenge would be, I booked an appointment at the Bridal Chateau during their July sale event with no expectation or hope of finding a dress that day.
Upon entering with my mother (who was just a few days post-op of an orthopedic surgery), we were greeted by Olivia's smiling face. She showed us to a large, private room that easily allowed for my mom to sit is a comfortable position, and would allow for others with physical temporary or permanent challenges to sit comfortably with ease.
Olivia then asked about my vision and budget. I told her squeamishly (expecting to have to pick based on what fit, not what I actually desired to look like), and noted the July sale. She asked a few clarifying questions, and then graciously offered to start with sale options and work our way up from there.
Ladies let me tell you that she listened to everything I wanted and absolutely nailed the selections! Every dress, even the wild cards, were tightly focused to what I asked for, and as we progressed, she continued to listen, adjust, and pull more as I started to discover what I truly loved.
She was patient, and kind, and offered genuine suggestions as if she was an old-friend...with no hard sell or over focus on the appointment duration time that I've experienced elsewhere with friends trying on dresses for their weddings.
Long story short, I found my dress, and Olivia found the most perfect veil to complete the look to boot! Upon measuring to order, she thoughtfully walked us through considerations when deciding whether to order up or down as my measurements fell right between two sizes. When telling her, I was leaning towards the smaller, she found a dress in that size, in the same silhouette made by the same designer and had me try it on to ensure I felt confident in the decision.
Checking out was a breeze, and she thoroughly went through what to expect re: ordering, delivery, alterations.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Olivia and Bridal Chateau team!
*Tall brides - every dress I tried had the perfect amount of length, even so much that I could wear a heel if I wanted! I was SHOCKED!
**If you have an appointment time that is the same time as the business opens, they do not open the doors 5-10 minutes early for patrons to check-in, etc (i.e. we waited outside the door, until they unlocked the door at 1pm - not a big deal but just something to note)

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Bridal Chateau! The staff is amazing and so helpful! My daughter found a beautiful dress for her role as flower girl!
Excellent service! Went in for last minute shopping for a flower girl dress and they worked us in and were so kind and helpful!

Amazing bridal shop! I worked with Molly and she was so wonderful. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like about the dresses I tried on and she put it all together to find me my dream dress! She wasn't pushy at all and made sure to stay in my budget! 10000/10 recommend.

I had a great experience at Bridal Chateau. I really enjoyed myself and found my beautiful wedding dress thanks to Molly. She was very helpful and had A1 customer service. The dresses she pulled for me were perfect and she made me feel supported and comfortable. I would recommend anyone to shop here and the best part is I left with my beautiful dress and vail all under my budget so that was a win win for me.

Had a wonderful experience shopping here for a wedding dress! I did not know much as it was my first time looking but Amaya was amazing and picked dresses that suited my personality perfectly! I did not expect to find something I loved so much on my first time out but they have dresses that are outside of the generic and have something for everyone!

I’ve shopped here (technically twice) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Molly felt like she was apart of my bridal party the entire time, offering helpful advice, pulling gowns that fit my style and more! When I was torn between two dresses from two different shops, Molly never once tried to sway me to “pick her” but instead offered her input and was the one person who told me to take time and sleep on it. When I came back and said yes to my reception dress here, she gave the most thorough notes for alterations, was extremely helpful regarding ordering deadlines, payments, you name it.
I can’t WAIT to wear my second dream dress!!

My family and I had an amazing experience at Bridal Chateau. We worked with Molly as our consultant. She was effortlessly kind, patient, and amazing to work with. She listened to the vision I had and went based off of the inspiration given when I booked my appointment. She pulled the most gorgeous gowns and had me trying on favorites I’ll remember forever. I’d recommend anybody to go to Bridal Chateau.

Honestly get yourself an Olivia. She was so sweet and kind! Made the entire appointment before we even tried on any dresses! Which she is also very skilled at! The very first dress she put me in was spot on to what I told her I wanted! Amazing personality of the staff, lots of wonderful dresses to choose from, great environment! 10/10 service from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I had Amaya as my consultant. She was SO sweet and helpful in my dress shopping process. She listened to my long list of dislikes for a dress and pulled what fit my vision. She stayed with me throughout the whole appointment, and was patient and not pushy. She was very conscious of my budget and made the experience easy. I felt very comfortable with her. I came twice, once to pick my dress, and the second appointment was to try on a few and reveal the one I chose to my mother and sister in law. I loved that she was so excited for me to find the one, it was honestly like i wss trying on dresses with a friend!! The store itself has beautiful dresses, and all of the staff are SO nice. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Chateau! I worked with Molly and she was wonderful. I was never a girl that dreamed about my wedding dress so I wasn't sure what I really wanted, all I knew was that it needed to be "backpackable" based on our destination. Molly took this challenge on without hesitation. She helped me to feel welcome, at ease, and not pressured to say yes. Just as important, she listened when I said no to things and took my feedback into account to make sure the appointment moved in a good direction. I found a dress that I felt was made for me in my first visit!
I went back and picked up a jacket, and the other consultants that I worked with to pick that out, as well as the pick up of the dress, were just as great. Picking out a dress is stressful, but Bridal Chateau really made it easy.

If I could give Bridal Chateau 10 stars I would. Not only am I plus size but I have really bad social anxiety. I was terrified about my appointment. But from the second I walked inside Olivia made me feel so comfortable! I cannot thank Olivia enough for giving me such an amazing experience. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so I was very nervous. But she made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She picked out amazing dresses in my price range, in the style I was looking for. And I did find my dress! I definitely recommend Bridal Chateau to all brides, especially plus size brides because they had so many plus size options. Thank you so much again Olivia!
I wanted to add to my previous review from 4/6/24. I just had my appointment last week to pick up my dress and I just wanted to say how amazing Molly was! She made me feel very comfortable, and beautiful in my dress. Being plus size I don’t always have positive interactions everywhere I go. So to have nothing but positive experiences both times I was at Bridal Chateau is amazing. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I got the VIB (very important bride) experience and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. My group and I were in a large private room with rose', cookies and chocolates! Cathy, my stylist was excellent and knowledgeable about not only the dresses, but how to accessorize appropriately. She was patient and encouraging, while being SO helpful. I loved that they had a "bag of tricks' with ponytail holders, dress extenders and clips to ensure the best version of how the dresses fit. If you're looking for a full kleinfelds type "say yes to the dress" experience, definitely make a VIB appointment with them!
