I had a great experience! I was very well taken care of, and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and expertise of all the people who worked in the optical department. I also appreciated the virtual meeting with the eye doctor that was part of my appointment. He went over all of the results of my eye exam with me, reviewed my script, and answered any questions I had. BJ's Optical has an excellent selection of glasses. I ended up getting both seeing glasses and sunglasses, and there were so many wonderful choices that it was hard to pick. I definitely recommend BJ's Optical, and I will go back when I need new glasses in the future.

Eric was amazing! Kind, Courteous and professional. Found frames I liked since i was rushed for time i was unable to complete my visit and Eric held them for me until I returned the following day and completed my order. The glasses arrived sooner than expected which was great and fit perfectly and I could see perfectly!

I bought my glasses from BJs because I was really sick of the overpriced glassses at the optometrists. Hey had a BOGOFREE sale at the time which was great because I’d always wanted sunglasses, too, but couldn’t justify the price.The staff was very helpful and kind. I’ve since gone back for periodic adjustments whenever something gets out of whack. Same treatment every time.

I would like to start this review off saying that I very rarely will ever complain, and my mother and I have gotten glasses from BJ'S optical many times and have always been happy. Mitch changed that. So about a week ago I had gone into BJ'S to pick up my mother's glasses. They said it would take 2 weeks to come in at the latest, but took about 3 weeks. It is understandable stuff gets backed up. That isn't the problem. When we got there they proceeded to tell her there is a huge chunk missing out of the corner of the lense. Yet still fixed it by telling us they will order a new lense and tell her they will pop a new one in at the store. Where it gets bad is when my mom asked if they picked up the current prescription from her last eye exam, Mitch's response was him very rudely saying "well how would I know." He had called into the last eye place to get her current prescription and she was just double checking because it was a bit blury. He then picked up her old glasses and began to wave them around into her face telling her she doesn't know what she is taking about be cause he doesn't know what perscription is in her old glasses. Yet she made it very clear that it was going to be the same one when she placed the order. I did interject to ask him to not adress my mother with such a rude tome and agressivness. He ignored me and kept yelling (yes, yelling) at my mother how he can't tell her what perception she has or if it is good anymore. Personally I think that is his job to find things like this out. My mother promptly put her newly ordered glasses down and told him she would not take them and requested a refund. He was very rude about it saying it wasn't his fault she didn't understand anything he was telling her. Once we got the refund we asked for a number to contact his boss and he said he would call his boss also. The optical area in BJ'S is right at the cashiers lines. So he was openly yelling at my mother while customers were standing there watching and listening. I was very sad and angry to have this experience, we loved our past times we have gone. That being said we always went through the man Eric, he is always kind and assisting. It was such a shame that Mitch ruined our expiernce and we will never give buisness to them again.
