When I called I was assured my stylist was capable of giving me a very layered hair style. When I spoke to the stylist upon arrival I asked the same question I was told yes. I explained in detail how I wanted my hair cut, I showed actual pictures of my hair, how it had been cut in the past and I sadly walked out extremely disappointed with a bad haircut that in no way does what I requested. I am currently unable to style in any way, it has no style. I was told by the stylist it may take several visits to achieve the requested style. If stylists do not have the knowledge or experience I wish they’d be upfront and honest and not touch a persons hair instead of causing folks sadness, embarrassment, and frustration with a bad cut.

This is my first time visit to bellezza salon and I loved mikayala!! Her work was great, she absolutely did what i wanted, Thanks I will definitely visit for my next hair cut again.

I had my first pedicure there by Lisa! She takes her time and makes you feel like you have been friends for years! The environment is so welcoming and everyone there is friendly! I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

As the owners son Jonah Lipinoga (currently a freshman at Williamsville East Highschool) I just want to say I love my mother and her business. She's a very compassionate and nice woman. I have very fond memories of The Bellezza Salon and as I grew up I got the pleasure to see how much the salon grew too, and boy did it grow a lot. My family (mostly my mom) put a lot of effort in the about 20 years now I think that the salons been open. I've met all the staff that's been hired and I'll tell you right now that they're some of the nicest people I've met in my life. I've had the pleasure of growing up with the option to get any haircut I want at anytime from my mom or her fantastic staff not to mention all the great brushes, combs, hair products, and shampoo/conditioner my mom would bring home. I always left disappointed after hair coloring as my blonde always ends up brassy or Ken doll yellow or orange. Until mikayla took her time to actually care, to listen to what I want and omg she’s very educated on color correction. She heard me on what I want and don’t want. I’m so happy and finally confident. Can’t wait to return to her with highlights next!

I was quoted $130 on the phone for a cut and dye, and it was $350 when I got there. I would not have made this appointment had I known the actual price. But I figured you get what you pay for, right? Not always lol. If you aren't 100% sure what you want, don't go here. they will absolutely upsell you, and if the stylist gets a sense that you don't know what you're talking about, she will disregard whatever specific requests you do make. Don't expect them to care about keeping your business either, they don't give a hoot if you come back or not apparently!

I’ve always been scared to go to a salon partially because of anxiety with new people but also the expense of it. Mandi took away that fear, she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. The whole salon felt like a family, talking to one another and helping each other out. On top of it the price blew me away. Other salons have definitely ripped me off with costs but not this place! This is without a doubt my favorite salon.Services: Haircut

I needed a new look and found the salon by chance by internet searching. Online scheduling was a plus!My appointment was with Mikayla Pusatier. She asked what I was looking for - honestly I hadn't a clue other than easy and different. I gave her free reign and told her I was open to suggestions. She gave me the prettiest cut and touched up my drab color.She let me use the afternoon to relax. Talk was sporadic...(somehow she knew I don't like the endless forced talk that often goes with hair appointments).She made this appointment all about me having a time to relax while getting a new look.I highly recommend Mikayla and the Bellezza Salon.

My hairdresser is Mandi and she is very accommodating with appointments and does a great job with my hair! I also have micobladed/tattooed eyebrows and tattooed eyeliner both top and bottom done at the same salon by Jen.

First time visiting today and lucky/blessed to have Mandi. Wow! She put my fear of coloring my hair to rest. She explained the process and options awesomely and i took a leap of faith. Love how my hair turned up. Still my natural color with a beautiful gray hairs coverage so soft and shiny. I’m hooked! ❤️Thank you Mandi!!
