I LOVE LOVE music. I got a touch system .A IST-1600 radio. It was around 250.00 dollars. I wanted gerat music! I also ordered new speakers. I hired a man to smooth out the seams in the drywall on the ceiling, as they were rough. But I had to wait my turn. Knowing drywall dust hurt electronics, I put my new system in my office and kept the door shut. While the drywall man fixed the ceiling out on my main business floor. When I had it installed, and went to use it, it was tempermental. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Now we can't even get it to shut off. It never changed to different stations with out a time consuming fight. I called and they would do nothing. I would have been happy with a replacement that worked. ..But no ... they did nothing. I back everything in my business. They didn't do a thing for all that money I spent for great sound..Look some place else....

We had an old NuTone intercom system that we wanted to try to get running. I found BEC enterprises online and sent our command module to them for repairs. In short we are very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to others. They are poor communicators regarding repairs and the process. Afterwards they could offer no technical support on our system as we tried to get it up and running, which seemed strange since they were able to repair our module. And, as it turns out, we found out that they shipped our intercom to someone else to have repaired (Chime King Enterprises out of Cincinnati, OH). We know this because they accidentally left the repair bill from that third party in our box. They (BEC) were charged $170 then they added $205 onto that and billed us $375. To be fair, they told us the price would be near that amount, but I sure wish that I had found Chime King first!

I was able to install the two wire video system with virtually no prior knowledge of intercom systems with the wire diagrams provided and a few back and forth emails along with 3 to 4 phone discussions. The results were excellent. The only thing I can't assess here is long term durability but only time will tell.

Purchased the upgrade kit for our M&S Intercom system and was impressed with every aspect of the transaction. Our order was initially delayed, but the staff did a great job of communicating the situation. The kit was exactly as described on the website and included everything needed to plug-and-play the new system, including simple instructions that were easy to follow. Thanks, BEC!

I got a retro replacement system and had one small snag during ordering, but they quickly fixed it through chat. The system was very easy to replace, and in fact I was able to use a previously broken room because the new system only needed 3 of the 4 wires (only one was broken). If you have a standard Olm-meter, connect the wires (while power is off) in the room together. Then you can find a break by testing for resistance between pairs of wires at the master station.

He took the time to listen and help me design a plan to replace my old intercom system with a modern unit that is a compatible fit. When I had a technical question, they helped me get in touch with a technician that answered my question quickly. Now I can install my new unit with confidence!
