I recently had my Mercedes SUV body work done at Autobahn Body Works in Buffalo, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs.
The quality of their work is outstanding. My car looks as good as new, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the repair. They completed the job on time and dealt with insurance by themselves, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, I could return rental car there and that saved lot of time.
I highly recommend Autobahn Body Works to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Their exceptional service and craftsmanship truly set them apart.

I had a car accident back in March this year and I need my front fix, new radiator and a fan. I took my car there so the appraiser from my insurance can look at it. Long story short they claimed there was more damages done to car which was a lie and told my father I needed a radiator even though it was written in the report and when my dad went to go get my belongings from my car they had already stripped it. They played me and my dad now I’m fighting to get another car because they want to play games! I do not recommend them.

I’ve been there 3 times for issues other body shops could not fix. They have been so amazing, and have fixed my car up to perfection each time. They are also the best value you will get in town.

My wife was in an accident and Autobahn did the repairs. Gary and his crew do amazing work. However, I or my my family will never go back there again. I called to see when her car would be ready as it’s been there for a very long time due to parts. Not an issue, same thing happened with my car. The woman that answered the phone was absolutely awful to me. It’s possible they got a few calls over the 45-50 days they have had the car. I mentioned the car’s owner and she got mean and angry. She absolutely even lied to me. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. I called back to talk to Gary, the owner, and she called me belligerent told me she would tell him how bad I was ?! He was obviously not available to speak to me. Level 10 weird experience. If I ever heard one of my customer service people talk to someone like that they would be fired immediately, especially if it also cost me thousands of dollars of business. Even if I was angry or mean, which I was not, any half way decent customer service person would try to fix the issue and calm a customer down.This place does awesome work. However I would rather get pretty good work with great customer support rather than get amazing work and get insulted and hung up on by its representatives. That was the last car they will get from any of my family. Very disappointed.

Im glad I found this spot. It felts like they take more pride in their work than other shops Ive worked with. Autobahn was recommended by Towne MINI to repair a damaged rear door handle. Very friendly and genuinely concerned reception, same day service, properly repaired, and the best: very reasonable cost. Will return, no doubt for any future service.
