Well I don't live there but my brother James has for couple of years he has not been there since December of 2021. I have called and spoke with Caroline and she was a bit helpful but not much. Well my brother has been IN and OUT of the hospital since December, even was admitted in to Canadagua rehabilitation center for 2 months, my issue is I tried to clean His apartment with no luck at all before bring him home with me, HE IS STILL BEING CHARGED FOR ELECTRIC IN THE APARTMENT THAT HE HAS NOT BEEN LIVING IN FOR OVER A YEAR AND HALF.

I lived here 7 long years. I was through I don't know how many different people in the office and maintenance people. Each person in the office was grumpier than the last. The one that was both nice and knowledgeable left in a short period of time because of pay and upper management. Even though the apartments are 'updated', that doesn't necessarily mean improved. The installation itself caused damage. Make sure you write down every little thing that's wrong when you move in. Take a video. They tried to keep my entire deposit and then some. I went to the housing authority and paid them nothing and got my entire deposit back. These aren't people you want to deal with. I'm very sincere.

I had written a previous review but they deleted it because they want it to seem like it's great to live here. This place is a joke! Would not suggest living here.
