Ive come here once before. I returned after not eating anything but dollar meals for a week bc I work, have no food at home and this was the only day that stated they're open and I had off I could come. I come in. The lady tells me the food pantry is open but even tho she's there and I'm the only one in the building she can't assist me. And gives the reason bc "there's no one else to help" but you and I are the only ones in the building? I asked if she knew any other areas she goes "try sodus or churches" neither which were open or in my county so they couldn't help me. I go to my car and she immediately shuts the door then goes down to the food pantry whenever I asked again or asked if she knew a number I could contact that could help me find local help she goes "I don't know" and continued on her way. Also, after I left and went to my car she went down stairs, to the pantry, with a women and I saw a man leave with bread. I don't know why I was turned away.

Everyone there is kind and caring. Many people coming for help are regulars. Staff is always welcoming and make the process very easy. Lunches are also served with care, are well balanced and there is enough for all. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for doing such an incredible for all of us. God bless you and keep you safe.
